Boat Slip + Pool Access: Lake of the Ozarks Condo

Booked the property for 3 nights to attend Bikefest event at Lake Ozark. Had a great time in an awesome property. Our host was awesome, we arrived about an hour early and the host Erika was able to allow us into the property early. Will strongly consider staying here on future visits to the area.

I recently stayed at this lake condo with 6 of my girlfriends, and it was absolutely perfect for our girls' weekend! The condo was spotless and beautifully maintained—so clean that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we walked in. The extra room was a fantastic addition, providing just the right amount of space for all seven of us. We never felt cramped, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The condo’s layout was ideal for both group activities and moments of quiet relaxation. Highly recommend this spot for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends!

We had a fun weekend at this condo. We did notice a few things that were bothersome to us while we were there though. First the location and parking at this condo is not ideal and the security people were difficult to work with. We also noticed some cleanliness issues as well. The towels were still wet when we went to take them out of the cabinet in one of the bathrooms and it was stained up. The fans in the bedrooms could definitely use a good dusting. The sleeping arrangements online claimed this condo could comfortably sleep 8 guests, but there is no way the pullout in that tiny closet space was able to sleep two people on. It didn’t have a mattress or even close to a pullout couch. It was more like a cushion.on the floor. We don’t want to be guests who complain but there were some challenges and inconsistencies we noticed from the listing online.

Everything worked well. We enjoyed ourselves. One thing that caused some difficulty was the amount of steps involved. It should be noted in the listing. Otherwise well worth it!

The property was super clean, and appeared to be safe. Security patrolled the property which made us feel safe enough to walk around. The pool was fantastic and we spent days poolside. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs going in and out of the condo. It was a struggle for 1 of my guest that has knee issues. The condo was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We did have a couple issues however. There was a wasp nest inside one of the bedrooms and there were a lot of bugs around the doorway of the condo but both issues were rectified within minutes of me calling the manager. The service was great! There were 7 of us stayi g in the condo and there was space for everyone to sleep in a bed. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for us to cook and clean. Overall, we truly enjoyed our entire weekend. All the people we encountered were friendly and welcoming. I would ABSOLUTELY rent this same spot for future trips.
