North Breakers offers a small selection of private two and three bedroom oceanfront condominiums. Each residence is generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and combined living and dining area.

North Breakers 307 offers a recently remodeled kitchen, new paint, and new flooring. North Breakers 307 is nicely furnished and boasts beautiful ocean views from the balcony and living room. In addition, complimentary in-room high speed internet service that is wireless.

Small pets under 35 pounds accepted with a $150 non-refundable fee.

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

*Glynn County is constructing a beach access boardwalk at the Driftwood Drive beach access point directly behind the community. The County advises activity may result in intermittent noise, with a scheduled completion date at the end of July. While the community and amenities will not be directly impacted by the project, work could be heard throughout the complex.
