Boardman Ridge Penthouse Close to Town

Easy access. Unit had a beautiful view of Boardman Lake. We had a relaxing stay in the middle of a snow storm. Enjoyed the gas fireplace, expansive view, spacious bedrooms and baths, and comfortable beds. Shopped at the coop. Made meals and family memories!

Unit was as advertised. Very spacious. Close to shops, dining, etc. Would recommend installing some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging washcloths and clothing/robes. That's the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

This condo was probably the best we have stayed at. Very clean and communication with the host was simple. Easy check in and check out. Out of the way from town and quiet. Beds were comfortable and you won’t beat the view of the sunrise.Very relaxing stay. Will stay here again!

This condo was fantastic. The check in process was as simple and the instructions were very detailed. The entire building is classy and extremely quiet. Parking was also perfect. The walking trail literally runs right next to the building. The views were breathtaking…be sure to get up for the sunrise over the lake, it’s worth it! Also, I have stayed in countless VRBO properties and the kitchen in this unit was stocked far better than any I have ever seen. The choices of pans and dishes is extraordinary. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean. Every room feels even more spacious due to the high ceilings and great lighting. All essentials are included too like trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. So many extras that are so well thought out. We would 100% stay here again.

It was a lovely condo with all the amenities in a secluded are of TC but close to everything. I would definitely go back to this location.

Very large condo with high ceilings. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots to do in the area. We loved walking the trail in the mornings.

Perfect place. Clean. Peaceful. Welcoming. Nice walking trail around the lake. Easy walk to activities and restaurants down town. Would absolutely stay again.

Check-in was flawless, all modern, spotless kithen appliances. Well furnished with a large wraparound deck overlooking a lake.

We loved our stay! The place is clean and within walking distance to local attractions. It does get a little buggy since the place is right off the Boardman Lake but the view is amazing though. Highly recommended.

We called this condo home base for day trips around the area. It was a lovely and peaceful place to land at the end of our very long days! The lake view is wonderful especially when it’s warm enough to enjoy the outdoor deck. The condo is beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable and near lots of conveniences: stores, restaurants and access to downtown. Communication with the property owner is top-notch! Highly recommend!

We totally loved this condo and location!!! Everything was as we anticipated and even better! We loved walking to TC and the Boardman Lake trail! We enjoyed being on Boardman Lake watching the sailboat and rowing teams practice. Our trip couldn’t have been better! We will be back for sure!!!

This property is clean, spacious and well stocked. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay is provided. This property is close to a bike path and fantastic restaurants. The property manager is very responsive and friendly. We loved staying at this property! Highly recommend.

Great property, overlooking Lake Boardman. Easy parking, 1 mile from downtown, right on the Lake Boardman trial.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice with a lovely view of Boardman lake.

The condo is perfectly located on the Boardman Lake trail, giving you access to downtown and beyond using the TART trails. It is perfect for biking and walking around. We didn’t even move our car for days. The condo is new and has great views. The design is great but there are some craftsmanship issues around the condo (doors don’t close right, vents not screwed in, etc). Also, there are no window treatments in the main room or the bathrooms. We stayed at a discounted summer rate due to construction across the tracks, which made it a great value. Don’t know if we would ever pay summer rates ($500/night).

Very pleased with our stay. This was our 2nd time at this condo. It is very well stocked with all the amenities you could want. Location is great, close to town, and we love walking on the Boardman Trail.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property because it's absolutely perfect. There's a beautiful view over the lake, it's the perfect distance from the city where there's zero noise but it's a quick drive to anything you'd want. The place itself is wonderful. The couch is so cozy and perfect for napping and watching movies in front of the fireplace. The balcony is great for having breakfast while looking out over the lake. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen is modern and any time I thought Oh I wish we had ___ my wife would end up finding one in a cupboard somewhere. I could not be happier with my stay here, and if I'm in the area again I will probably be trying to get this space.

We just enjoyed 4 nights at the Boardman Penthouse and truly enjoyed our stay. Its located in a quiet and peaceful lakeside location just outside Traverse but with plenty of places to go and see nearby. The condo was well appointed and comfortable with great lighting and an open floor plan. We really enjoyed Traverse and can't wait to go back. We had other family members stay downtown and I think the Boardlab penthouse was superior in every way. We will be back again soon.
