The condo was well kept and the location was great! The instructions to get around the facility were helpful. The kitchen had a coffee maker and dishes to use. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the shower which I’m used to having when staying a VRBO so I didn’t bring my own, but close by shops had these items. Beach equipment and towels are provided which is nice to have! The condo was clean and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

The condo itself is great!! The resort was so packed and just complicated. They are working on elevators by the condo and you might as well walk to the other side or you’ll be waiting awhile. And the whole process from the parking garage is a lot but once you get the hang of it it’s fine. The bed is to absolutely die for. My fiancé and I slept like babies the whole time. We even had to take a look at the mattress because we plan to buy one. My only complaint would be to maybe buy a shower liner because the water leaks out from the shower really bad. But otherwise no complaints and Amy was great to communicate with!

overall this was a great stay, i saw previous comments about outdated decor, and i have to disagree i think it was decorated so nicely!!! it was clean when we got there, but you did feel sand in your feet when first walking through, but hey you're at the beach, and they make it know sand can come through the doors. literally he only complaint we have was there's a sign that says to leave the air at 74. we've stayed in pcb for a long time and that's the highest we've ever seen. we are from arkansas we are use to way more humidity hat florida, we ran all the fans, had two fans in the bedroom, and

Amy was absolutely amazing to deal with. Communication was prompt and clear. Very responsive. The unit was in good condition. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well at all but it was clean and the location is fantastic. The master bedroom bed is out of this world. So comfortable. The hall bunk beds were just ok, kinda hard but did the job. The bonus of beach towels in the unit was nice as well as having a fan in the master bedroom. It did have beach chairs and umbrellas you could use on the balcony. The balcony furniture could use an update. All in all we would 100% stay in this unit again. Me and my children enjoyed our beautifully decorated and tidy and clean condo for the moment we opened the door ! Our view over the ocean was breath taking ! Amy was so helpful and kind ! We are already planning to come back and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else except this condo ! Thank you for the amazing experience and the rates were truly outstanding!

We’ve stayed at this resort many times through the years. This particular condo is located next to the elevators so bring a sleep machine if noise keeps you up at night. Also the “beach chair service” Is just a couple of Walmart chairs that are rusted out and uncomfortable so definitely bring your own. This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed the accommodations even more the second time. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the little things you didn't know you needed, and the beach towels were definitely a plus as we left home realizing we totally forgot ours lol. The mattress in the master was INCREDIBLE...sleeping well on vacation is a must. We enjoyed the mattress so much we are ordering one for our bed at home - ha! Communication with property owner was fantastic. We will absolutely be coming back to stay at this property. Thank you!!

Condo is beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Host answered any questions we had. Unfortunately, we had to leave several days early due to a family emergency, but would definitely rent again.

Nice, just not that clean and poorly stocked kitchen. TV & Cable didn’t work, umbrellas & chairs did not work properly. Worked overall for our needs but not as nice as some other rooms we have stayed at on this property.

Everything was delightful! Friends were very happy there as we renovated the Bayside Resort. They felt very much at home!!
