Blue Water Retreat Walk to Beach Downtown TC

Didn’t like having to clean the entire place when having to pay for cleaning

This condo was perfect in almost every way for our family of 4. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms served us very well. It was in great condition - clean and modern! Having a designated parking spot was great, although if you have more than 1 car it would be a hassle to find other parking. The only thing to be wary of is no elevator for this 3rd floor condo. It was a minor inconvenience for us, but nothing that would lower my rating of the place - just really good to know/prepare for ahead of time!

Overall the condo worked well for our 3 night stay. It was clean and comfortable. Most everything we needed was supplied. Several possible negatives in my opinion:1. Door to the building doesn’t have a lock, so anyone can enter. Prefer greater security. 2. 3rd floor walk up. Not an issue if everyone in your group can do stairs. 3. Door to master bath squeaks when opening or closing. Since the door is only a few feet from the bed, this can be bothersome to someone trying to sleep. The management company was responsive and good to work with.

We were in town for a long weekend for a friends wedding where the venue was in walking distance. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and Starbucks.Would stay at this place again. Two thumbs up!

Our stay was great. Property was clean and perfect for our family. Road traffic was a little loud, but otherwise perfect stay!

We had A great stay. The unit was everything we needed. It was clean and enough space for us and our guests. Highly recommend if you have a small car our rental was perfect for the space.

The property was very clean and well-decorated, nicely stocked kitchen, baths and laundry. comfortable beds, faced the back of the busy street, so not too noisy. There are white noise machines, just in case. The A/C was a blessing since it was hot wile we were there and the unit is in the top floor. Easy keypad access, good communication, the parallel parking spot is a little tight. There was a lot of construction in town on the road by the bay during our stay, but it’s avoidable if you go south out the back and then head toward town.

Just as listed. Owner was very responsive by email. Location was great. Very clean. Parking spot for one car was convenient. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in this property.

The condo was everything it was seccribed to be. Owner manager was quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Very nice accommodations and very well equipped with everything we needed. The unit was very clean. Check in went very smooth and the managers were very responsive. We love to hang out at Bryant Beach so the location worked very well for us. I would highly recommend staying at Blue Water Retreat.

Great location easy drive to everything traverse city

Really enjoyed our stay. Good location… walkable to downtown about 1 mile away. Clean and efficient layout. Not luxuriously furnished but everything you need. Cable was limited streaming but we didn’t spend much time watching. Place worked well for 2 couples and was a good value. Recommended.

Lovely, clean and well furnished 2B2B condo in the heart of TC. Easily a very nice walk to the lakefront and downtown! The rental was easily accessed and there was excellent communication with the rental company! Would not hesitate to stay again in the future!!

Nice location to softball fields but a hike to downtown. Parking in a middle spot challenging. Beds were a little firm. Light on decor but served our purpose for the weekend. Blue Angels a bonus!
