Blue Water Capri #212 Traverse City

It was really nice to stay at this property. It had anything you needed inside the condo. The property was very clean and the kitchen included anything you might need. The condo was absolutely everything we could need for our weekend. The host was easy to connect with. Parking was the only drawback. Small parking lot, but there is a big parking garage next-door. You are able to park for free overnight.

Everything was excellent. We had a great time and the unit was clean and well stocked.

The property was well maintained and clean. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Apartment was very well stocked with toiletries, spices, coffee, cleanings supplies and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There were plenty of towels. There was even an emergency ladder in case of fire. Never seen this before in a rental but great idea. Perfect size for husband and I. Thank you to Paula our host! Thanks for being awesome!

Loved the apartment

The condo was top notch. It was beautiful. The location was great.

Because of a maintenance issue, we were unable to stay at the property BUT our host, Paula, wasn’t about to cancel our reservation or let us be without lodging. She found us alternate lodging at the same rate & was super at communicating with us as all of this was happening! If we are in the area again, we’ll definitely look up Paula to see what VRBO options she has available. Thanks Paula!

It was a perfect place and location. We enjoyed exploring wineries and loved Brys Estate the best! We also loved the pastie cafe( not sure name, but was British) and Milk and Honey (organic tea/coffee/ice cream). We will definitely be back!Chrissy and Chris

The room was very clean and well supplied. Though we did not do any cooking, the kitchen had everything we would have needed. The complex was very quiet at night. Although Paula was out of the country at the time of our stay, we had no issues communicating with her via text. Overall a great stay! We will definitely try to stay there again on our next visit.

Condo was perfect for a weekend getaway for two people. Very clean and safe. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking was the only con. The free lot only allowed parking for maybe 15 cars and the parking spots were tiny with extremely little space between vehicles. There is a parking garage next door for 20 dollars a day. Definitely would recommend the condo.

This is the PERFECT spot for a couple's weekend getaway! The apt. is cute, clean, and modern in a quiet building that is within 15-20 mn walking distance of Downtown & the marina/beach. The apt. has all the amenities you'll need plus a handful of treats for guests (I won't give away the surprise). Felt incredibly pampered. Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Great amenities. They thought of everything we would need and had it ready for our stay. (Soap, Shampoo, TP, etc) Would definitely recommend.

We had a very nice stay at the Capri Condo. Place is nicely located by town and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the Michigan Touches in the Unit. Very nicely decorated and was very clean. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. Parking could be a bit of a pain, but we seemed to luck out most of the time.

Very cute condo within walking distance of downtown Traverse City. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. The condo was near places that we were visiting. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.
