    Perfect location, fantastic accommodation, yet not prperly stocked kitchen. As a former beach property owner and landlord (property rental owner) I was surprised that a Rosemary property had a completely under stocked kitchen. Not enough kitchen gear (tools, forks and knives, wine openers, pots and pans. It would have been nice not to have had to go to grocery store and have to buy salt, pepper, aluminium foil, etc. Yes, a little surprised. Overall our stay and visit back to 30a was fantastic.

    Everything about this condo was perfect! It was in the perfect location at Rosemary beach, within walking distance to the beach & multiple pools. It looked just like advertised. . We had plenty of room for the four of us. We had a great time. See you back in October.

    We have stayed here several times throughout the years, as we love the location overlooking the square and its location near the coffee shop. Although some of the furnishings have been upgraded, overall this rental has been allowed to just exist and be turned over. during our previous trip, the back bedroom that was warm and we had to have a temporary air conditioner brought in, it remains stuffy and warm, obviously no efforts to remedy the situation over the years. The kitchen is finished out with only the bare essentials of a few rag tag items, no replenishment of cookware, cooking gadgets etc to enhance the cooking experience here. The cushions out on the terrace porch furniture have never been cleaned or replaced, they are the same stained and dirty ones we have seen for the last 6-8 years. This will be our last time to stay at this roomy, well-situated condo, which used to be fresh and inviting.

    The condo was actually very nice and I would definitely say a good value for the number of rooms (it was really too big for our family of 4,) however.... When I go on a beach vacation I always depend on having a good washer and dryer. It not only helps logistically during the trip (clean bathing suits and towels after going to the beach, etc) but it is a huge plus to go home with a bag of clean clothes. The dryer at this property is vent-less. I didn't know that such a thing existed and it really shouldn't. It basically rendered the washing machine useless. There were plenty of signs detailing how it was more eco-friendly than a vented dryer, but let's be honest, they're just making excuses. So -- I like the property -- but there is no way I would stay here again unless I had proof that they had a REAL dryer.
