Stayed Mar 24, 2025The property was very clean and responses from owner were very prompt. We had no problems with the room as it was beautiful, very well stocked and clean. However, this unit is located at the end of the building and angled towards the road. Starting around 5:30 in the morning, you definitely hear the morning traffic from the master bedroom. Beds were pretty comfy and they supplied all your basic startups. The heated pool was very nice and clean with views of the ocean. The walk to the beach was quick and our first time being on an unspoiled beach. It was very neat to see not somewhere I would want to stay if I planned on wanting to get into the ocean. We came over spring break so knew that the water would be too cool to get in so it was a good time to experience a beach like this. The drive into downtown Saint Augustine was pretty easy. It was about a 20 to 25 minute drive. There is a Publix and a pizza/pasta place near the condo called Bronx House Pizza that was really good. Not to much more in the general area and nothing within walking distance. Getting back to the property at night after 10 PM you have to get buzzed in. We didn’t have a problem until the last night where we waited 10 minutes for someone to respond to us. We called the service line that was posted and it just went to a voicemail. When they finally connected with us, they were very polite and apologized, but still having to wait 10 minutes for a connection shouldn’t happen. Overall we were happy.
