I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect size for four adults and located within walking distance to almost everything there is to experience in Key West. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay with all the amenities.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Overall it was a great time. Parking was bad need places for golf carts. There was a horrible smell coming from the bottom unit.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Great condo, very clean. Very good location, close to everything we wanted to do. Only complaint was no power outlets on both sides of the bed and had to stand on the bed to turn ceiling fan light off and on.

Have stayed in the Shipyard complex many, many times. A few comments... The parking spot is not near the condo location - had to drive around to find it. If going in the winter months as we did, the snowbirds at the pool are very intimidating - Our stressful experience at the community pool affected our rating for the overall satisfaction for our stay. Other than that, the condo was great.
