Very close to beach and boardwalk 1 block, first floor unit 3 bedroom condo cottage, front porch with ample wicker seating, living room, dining room, three bedroom, modernized ample kitchen, bathroom with tub with shower, outside enclosed shower, outside laundry room, two boardwalk bikes, 6 beach tags, two of the bedrooms each have two double beds, master bedroom has queen bed, living room couch can turn into a double bed and one chair in the living room can turn into a single bed. Roku TV'sin all bedrooms and living room. This has been a great summer vacation spot for our family, we just love it being such a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and such an excellent area with Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Aunt Betty's Ice Cream just a block behind us and Blitz's Market in the same location, it's so great cause once you get here you really don't have to leave unless you want to. So enjoyable and relaxing.

No complaints. It was everything I had hoped for on a rental in a beach town plus it was really clean. Bikes, beach tags, location, etc. Plan on staying their again next summer.

My family and I spent three weeks here and had a wonderful time. Being in walking distance of the beach and boardwalk was great and the place was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting on the spacious front porch to begin and end each day!

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS AMAZING PROPERTY . CHECKING IN AND OUT MADE INCREDIBLY EASY BY OUR WONDERFUL HOST NANCY . LOCATION IS AMAZING . ONLY STEPS TO THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH . THE HOUSE WAS SO WELL STOCKED , NEAT AND CLEAN . HANGING ON THE FRONT PORCH AT NIGHT WITH DRINKS AND A COOL OCEAN BREEZE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF BEING IN PARADISE . ONE HUNDRED YARD WALK TO UNCLE BILL'S PANCAKE HOUSE , NAUTI DOUGHNUTS AND THE MINI MART WHO HAS EVERYTHING FROM GREAT COFFFE , GREAT SANDWICHES AND ANYTHING YOU MIGHT HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PACK . I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT WHAT A GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION THIS IS . ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THE VERY CLEAN AND REFRESHING OUTDOOR SHOWER IS A MUST !!! THANKS NANCY !!

The place was very clean, and very well equipped. It is only 1 block from the boardwalk and beach. There are little stores close by.

Really happy with this property. Four houses from the beach and we'll equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Have bikes was a really nice touch. Nancy was in touch all week to make sure everything went smoothly and we knew the best places to go ... thx for the tip on Browns Donuts they were excellent:)

We had a great stay despite the windy weather. We brought a few of our bikes and used the 2 provided. Our family easily biked to the busy part of the BW and didn’t need to worry about parking. Easy walk to the beach. Easy walk to the bay. Go to Nauti doughnuts around the block! You won’t regret it!
