Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach G103: Completely renovated in 2024, this unit features beautiful new furniture, bathrooms, kitchen and appliances with new tile flooring throughout. The aqua blue, white and pale gray decor enhances a feeling ofserenity. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather and relax. Step out the open patio and head down the path over the bayou bridge to the beach, just a few minutes walk away.

Primary bedroom: 1 king bed
Guest bedroom: 2 full beds

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master bedroom with sky-blue walls has a comfortable new king bed. The master bath has a tub/shower and guest bath has step-in shower; the guest bedroom with seafoam blue walls is lovely. Large walk-in closets for both bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of built-in shelves and drawers for storage and organization.

Kitchen: The kitchen features white cabinetry with convenient breakfast bar and is open to the large dining area and living room. The kitchen is well supplied with all you need for cooking and eating in.

Dining and Living Room: New furnishings include sofa and recliner; dining table comfortably seats six.

    No Shampoo provided. I thought this was standard. Linens including bedspread in master bedroom had brown stains that apparently did not come out when laundered. Looked like someone wiped their butt and it didn't come out in the wash. Ceiling fan in living are exceptionally out of balance. Wobbles and makes noise on medium. Looks like it is going to fall from ceiling on high and makes clunking noise due to wobbling. One of the can lights above the sliding glass door has the trim hanging down. Wife found greasy fry pan and cookie sheet. Many plates chipped. Light out in dining room and master bath. Need to pay closer attention to detail. Stayed in G-203 last year. Was much better.

    The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to have such nice beach chairs and beach wagon available to us. The grounds of the complex are well cared for. We would definitely stay here again.

    The condo was well stocked and we loved the pans! Lol. The beds were very comfy. Easy access to the beach. We LOVED it.

    Just a few more rugs on the floor and a few more things on the wall would have made it feel more comfortable, but the unit was as described and very clean. It was the first time renting a unit without a screened porch. If it wasn't a hot time of the day or if the no-see-ums weren't out, the outside sitting area was fine, but a table umbrella would make it a little more usable. Very close to tennis court and beach access, which was great.

    We have found the perfect place to celebrate THANKSGIVING/CHRISTMAS this year in Sanibel. The unit is perfectly located near the beach entrance and close to the tennis courts with a short walk to the pool. The unit was beautiful and so well equipped, even providing a wagon to get all the provided beach equipment to the beach. BLIND PASS CONDOS are so well cared for…just beautiful. Hoping to repeat in 2022. A perfect THANKSGIVEMAS for my husband and I (Floridians) and our daughter and 2 grandsons from Pennsylvania.

    Beautiful experience the place it’s very nice the apartment was clean and everything OK fudge the place is filled with mosquitoes. You cannot enjoy stay at the property do you have to go straight on the beach and come back in your apartment sorry about that
