C209 is an Enhanced Unit within the Blind Pass Rental Program: It has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. It has up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and is well-appointed.

Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach C209 is a gorgeous, quiet second-story unit with elegant, comfortable beachy décor. The unit features a spacious and sunny great room that overlooks lush tropical vegetation. Bedrooms are located on either side of the great room. The heated pool and clubhouse are right around the corner from the bottom of the stairs to the unit. The clubhouse is open during office hours (9 AM – 4 PM, Mon-Sat, closed Sunday) and staff is helpful to assist with questions and will provide free kayak and tennis/pickleball equipment. C209 is a mere 500 steps to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and includes all beach items- cart, lightweight backpack beach chairs, umbrella with screw anchor, toys, noodles, cooler. We pay attention to details such as matching dishes, silverware and glassware, bedding and decor. Some of the nice things about this unit are the quality, comfort, tasteful decor, bright natural lighting, short walk over the bayou to the beach, proximity to the pool/clubhouse, views of tropical landscape through every window, lanai privacy, backpack style beach chairs and all the gear you need for the beach. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: King master bedroom suite has a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, quartz counter; generous walk-in closet, reading nook, view to pool, new smart TV, and ceiling fan. The newly decorated second bedroom has two twins with brand new headboards, TV, ceiling fan, easy access outlets for device charging, and bright corner windows. The guest bath also has a step-in shower. The two bedrooms plus queen sleeper/sofa comfortably accommodates six.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has new quartz counters, filtered drinking water from a separate small faucet on right (no need to lug jugs of water). The new, generously sized quartz beverage bar holds a Keurig, drip coffee pot or blender to whip up smoothies or tropical drinks. The kitchen window faces the evening sky and looks over the courtyard with palms and other tropical vegetation. Kitchen has place settings for 8, BBQing utensils/basket, new spacious pantry with microwave, and new stacked washer/dryer.

Dining and Living Room: In the living area, a new ceiling fan provides a gentle breeze and entertainment is via a brand new 55-inch smart TV with a soundbar. The sofa has a queen pull-out bed and flows into the bright dining area with a brand new dining table and chairs and aqua blue glass chandelier. From the dining area, step onto the screened-in lanai, which has solid teak outdoor furniture/cushions/pillows, woven flooring, tropical vegetation for privacy, view of pool and faces the sunrise.

    We loved our stay so much, we can back a 2nd time. We stayed in 209C in 2021 and again in 2022. The pictures don't do it justice. It is very spacious and MORE than enough room for myself and my teenage daughters. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The screened porch was my favorite place to sit during an afternoon storm with a cup of coffee. :) This unit is up a few stairs, but nothing crazy. It is steps from the pool and a very short walk to the waterway and beach. I absolutely loved taking out the kayak and looking for manatee! (Our first year, the manatee came right up our kayak to say hi!) Just make sure to bring some bug spray getting in and out of the canal. The beaches are clean and stunning. A manatee swam through the gulf right past us every day around 1pm, which was an absolute dream to witness. If you are into shelling, we found more than anyone could ever want. If you go out before sunrise and get a head start, you will come back with bags and bags of konks and shark eyes (we even found 4 large sand dollars). You also get to see where sea turtles were nesting overnight. If you are looking for natural beauty, family friendly beaches, loads of wildlife, and peace and quiet, this is 100% the place for you. We hope to be back a third time!!!

    This was our 3rd stay at Blind Pass and it was great once again. The access to the beach is awesome we saw some manatees on our way to the beach our first day. The pool area is spacious with enough seating but only 3 umbrellas so grab them quick. We will definitely go back for our 4th stay in the future.

    Have vacationed on Sanibel for years, this was the best location yet. Wonderful condo, quiet, peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Comfy beds. Bowman’s Beach has always been my personal favorite and this time we could walk to the sunsets every evening. Didn’t bother us, but, no tub for kids or soakers, upstairs unit so might be hard on non climbers, otherwise perfect!!!

    Great location. Condo was very well appointed and had everything and more you could need. The screened in porch is relaxing and surrounded by palm trees blowing in the wind, just like a tree house. We very much enjoyed our stay. Walk to beach took just a few minutes along beautiful path and bridge across the bayou waterway. There is a shell washing station conveniently located just as you get back from the beach. We would definitely recommend.

    3rd time staying at Blind Pass condo. Was a great experience once again. Property is very well maintained with easy access to beach. Came home with a bag full of seashells.
