Amenities include king and queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa, wall-to-wallcarpeting, ceiling fans and updated window treatments throughout the unit. Our master suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate sink and cabinet area, a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, powder room, and standard size washer and dryer are all conveniently located. Two screened lanais with padded furniture and tables are located off of the dining area and master bedroom. Each receives the morning sun and afternoon shade that adds to a relaxing vacation. Three flat-screened TVs, high-speed internet access, stereo with CD player, and a beach closet with pool toys and beach supplies all add to your island comfort. We are minutes away from a nature preserve, biking trails, restaurants, churches and island shops.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom is spacious with a lovely screened porch for relaxing. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower. The guest bedroom with queen bed has a bathroom with step-in shower. A half-bath is conveniently located on the first floor.

Kitchen: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the large dining/living area and offers plenty of cupboard and counter space for your cooking needs.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The living room has two sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa.
