Stayed Jun 4, 2022The property was wonderful. 5 of us, ranging from 16 to 83 were so comfortable in this spacious condo. We found everything we needed for the beach, and for meals in. I can't wait to go back!

Stayed Dec 25, 2021It was a beautiful condo, with everything you could possibly need to cook, use the beach, close to the beach. Beautiful area and beach. Th8s location was right in the middle of Sanibel village area and Captiva, too far to ride a bike to any of the areas with stores, but the nature center is very close and beautiful. Recommend 5 stars.

Stayed May 13, 2021Sanibel Island was beautiful! Condo complex was lovely with gorgeous landscaping and vegetation, very quiet. We enjoyed the never crowded pool open dawn to dusk, tennis, pickle ball, use of canoes and kayaks. The walk to the beach was pleasant 8min across the bridge over mangrove. We saw manatees several times there and also when canoeing. Beach was incredible shells galore (bring water shoes). Condo stocked with 6 chairs 2 umbrellas, wagon several coolers, a few sand toys, 6 beach towels and anadequate supply of bath towels and kitchen towels (no pot holders). Screened porch was nice spot to store sandy beach gear and enjoy the weather. We rented bikes from Billys Bikes (reserve early). The condo could use a thorough cleaning....kitchen needs some new pans, area rug in livingroom needs replaced. Our major complaint was the beds - VERY uncomfortable mattresses in each room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969At first glance the unit was everything we expected. The strong negative for us was that we pulled out many dishes throughout our stay that felt greasy or had dried food on them....definitely not clean! The dining table also did not seem as clean as it should have been. This was quite bothersome to us. It also would have been nice to have a few more towels for the six people we had staying in the condo. There were not enough of both bath and beach towels. We were glad we each brought a beach towel. We also had a problem with one of the bed frame supports breaking and a bathroom sink not draining when we arrived. We were able to get those fixed two days after we arrived when the office was open (the office employees left a few minutes earlier than the posted office hours each day and the office was not open on Sunday, which meant we couldn’t get things fixed for two days). Lastly, the neighbors upstairs were quite noisy often until after midnight, but that isn’t really controllable. With all these negatives, we did have a wonderful time and the unit does look very nice, the kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils, and there were a bunch of beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. We did not let the negative issues bother us too much and we had plenty of fun!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great amenities, convenient location, only complaint would be neighbors above being loud at all hours keeping some of us awake.

Stayed Feb 16, 2019We spent several summers at Sanibel when our kids were young. Now they are older and our daughter is 33, married and expecting and our son is 36. We were delighted to find a 3 bedroom first floor with plenty of beds and a kitchen that had everything that we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. The dining room table seated 8 so there was always a puzzle at one end of the table and eating or card playing at the other. The pool was only steps away. There were plenty of televisions but we used them only to watch two movies. The rest of the time was spent enjoying each other or spending quiet time. The staff was helpful and very friendly. And we had only a short walk to one of the most prolific shelling beaches on Sanibel. We again enjoyed the eco kayak tours adjacent to Ding Darling. We hope to go back again when our grandbaby is ready to travel.
