The unit sleeps six comfortably with carpeting and tile throughout. Enjoy thelarge, heated free-form pool, two tennis courts, and gas grills. Kayaks are for your use at no charge…for paddling in the bayou and sighting beautiful birds and manatees. Bowman's private beach is just a short walk, through the beautifully landscaped property (no roads to cross) over the footbridge onto the beautiful site at the Gulf, a sandy beach with millions of beautiful, unique shells. Here you can relax and shell to your heart's content. Enjoy swimming and fishing in the Gulf and do not miss the majestic sunsets on the beach. Close by you will discover the many lovely and interesting restaurants and shops. Enjoy your stay on beautiful Sanibel Island.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedrooms have walk-in closets. Primary bath has a full-size tub and shower. The guest bath has a walk-in shower.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer.

Dining and Living Room: The large dining table has 6 chairs. The living room TV has a DVD player. The screened-in lanai has a patio table and four chairs.
