The Black Bear Condo is part of the Stay and Play package, offering a special golf rate of just $60 per person (including golf cart)—a significant savings compared to the standard $109.99 rate!

The spacious king-size bed features a brand-new foam mattress and topper for a restful night’s sleep. For extra guests, there’s a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. In the morning, sip your coffee on the patio while enjoying beautiful views and watching early golfers pass by. For your convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer.

We’re just two miles from Moonshine Beach and four miles from Branson’s famous Strip—home to shopping, Silver Dollar City, live shows, zip lines, cave tours, hiking, boating, fishing, and wineries. You can even fish right from the bank (fishing license required). There’s no shortage of fun and relaxation here!

Guest Access
Four days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link to our digital guide, which includes everything you need to know about the property—check-in instructions, parking details, Wi-Fi information, golf and fishing instructions, local restaurant recommendations, and more.
One hour before arrival, you’ll receive your personal access code to enter the condo. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we aim to make your stay as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Pet Policy
At The Black Bear, we warmly welcome your four-legged family members! We allow one well-behaved dog (up to 20 pounds) per stay, with a one-time $75 pet fee. We kindly ask that your pet be crated when unattended and kept off the furniture at all times. This helps ensure a peaceful and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that any damage caused by your pet will be billed to the guest.
