BIGGEST CONDO ON THE BEACH! 4BR / 5BA + BUNK BEACH-FRONT UPGRADED CORNER UNIT!

The UnitThe unit itself was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained . The bed was comfortable, and the beach amenities were a huge plus. Having beach chairs, toys, a full-size canopy, and a cart to haul everything to the beach made our stay much easier.Rachel was also great to work with. She communicated very well before our arrival and let us know there had been an issue with one of the toilets. It ended up being no big deal, and everything worked fine during our stay.My only complaint about the unit was the master bathroom. The shower is extremely small. I’m 6’3”, and it was very uncomfortable to use. It’s also designed so that you can’t turn the water on without getting sprayed because the controls are inside the shower. I ended up using the bathroom off the office instead. The layout of the master suite also didn’t make much sense. Locking the master bedroom door also locked everyone else out of the office and the attached bathroom.We also received multiple notices about smoking during our stay, even though no one in our group was smoking. Unfortunately, someone nearby was smoking marijuana, and the smell would drift into the unit.Tidewater:The biggest downside of the property was the elevators. I’ve been coming to Panama City Beach for about 10 years, and these were probably the worst elevators I’ve experienced. Expect long waits, especially during busy times.Starbucks on property was a plus

The condo was excellent, the facility was ok. The elevators were terrible, the facility hallways needed odor control though it did get better while there or we got use to it. Code for parking garage was incorrect but we did get correct one from the facility. Had some issues with condo but they did get resolved and it had no effect on our stay.

Amazing view of Panama City and the beach. I only wish we had brought binoculars. We saw manta rays, dolphins, sea turtles, fish and even a shark. The layout and location of the condo was perfect! We walked to dinner every night.

The condo was very nice and super convenient location! We had 9 people and everyone had plenty of room. The ocean view lives up to the photos and then some! The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils which was very great for feeding a large group. The bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed. I wish the resorts BBQ area on the ground floor was nicer and more convenient, but a small issue.

The host was very responsive and lovely. The condo was absolutely fabulous and we had a wonderful time.

We come to Panama City beach regularly because we have family here. We need a large place to allow our family to hang out with us. This place is really perfect because every room has its own bathroom. Above that, every bathroom was cleaned very well. We really check a place out as soon as we walk in the door. I use a flashlight and go in every bathroom in the place. A flashlight on the toilets, floors, showers, etc really shows whether they are being properly cleaned. This place was one of the cleanest we’ve found. I also take a wet paper towel in each room and wipe the floor to see if the towel turns black. Every floor was clean. I felt perfectly comfortable walking around barefoot in this entire place. (trust me, that’s pretty unusual). If you want a clean place, you will love this one.The owners respond quickly to any issues. You aren’t dealing with an agent. The girls are check in desk were amazing, so friendly every day. The views from this condo are very nice due to it being a corner unit. Plenty of balcony area. And it is close to everything we enjoy in the beach. Per Park is walking within distance, maybe 1/4 Mike away.It is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and also stuff for the beach. Some chairs, a buggy to haul stuff, umbrella etc. We really enjoyed our stay here. David & Patti P.

This is such a beautiful condo! It is perfect for a large family or a bunch of friends traveling together. I couldn’t believe just how big this place was. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was very clean. It was supplied very well. We had an issue with the washing machine. We were staying for two weeks and did not bring a lot of clothes. We were worried but Rachel took care of the problem immediately and was so quick to respond. She is very easy to work with. I would love to stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our purposes. In fact, I imagine it would be perfect for anyone's purposes. The staff at the condo were friendly and attentive. The location was close to many restaurants and grocery, seafood market, pier shopping area, etc. The owner was gracious and very responsive. Items in the condo were in excellent condition. The view was unsurpassed. I spent much time just sitting at the window watching the wildlife. From the unit, we saw dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays, sharks, a bald eagle, and many large fish. Our experience there gets a rating of A from our group of 10.My only complaint is very minor...the condo complex is so large it was sometimes a bit of a wait for the elevator, and somewhat crowded on the beach. But dang - I wish I could have stayed another 2 weeks!

It would have been nice to have a few more amenities in the kitchen but other than that it was great.Condo was clean and updated. The views were beautiful.

The condo was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed. I love the large bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. The location is great, close to Pier Park and Shuckums! The view from the balcony…stunning! Rachel is an amazing host. I had several questions prior to our trip and she was always quick to respond. We had a fabulous week!!

Our multi generation family had a wonderful vacation at this Condo. We had plenty of room and the condo was well stocked. The view from the 27th floor was stunning!!!

Check-in was smooth at the front desk. The kitchen was well equipped with every thing needed to cook your own meals.

This condo had everything, including plenty of space!! Don't let the reviews about waiting for elevators scare you away. Sometimes we did wait longer than other times, but we had a large group with small kids even and it didn't really bother us. We also really never had to leave! Easy access to the beach, there are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a resturant, tiki bar, starbucks. Literally, it's all right there and the food was so good!

It was wonderful. The condo was so beautiful and roomy. The condo was very clean, organized and has a view that makes you feel like you are on a cruise ship. Panaramic views of the ocean and beach.

Overall great experience with incredible views. Our extended family were very comfortable with the space. Though the property manager was very quick with communications and worked resolved issues fast, we were disappointed that the primary bathroom had a nonfunctioning shower for the entire 5 days that we were there. We wish this VRBO had some rented beach lounge chairs/umbrella assigned to it at this price, because renting at the hut was prohibitively expensive. No beach towels provided was tough for family flying into PCB as well, though this was noted in the check-in email. Thanks for a great stay; we look forward to returning in the future!

We came down for bike week and really enjoyed our stay here. The view was amazing and I would definitely come back to stay again.

Beautifully decorated, tons of space, met all of the needs for our group of 11.

Plenty of room for multiple families to spend time together but also have privacy as needed.

We loved our stay! Rachel was very responsive and helpful. There were a couple things that needed attention, and she was right on it. Everything was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Being a resort condo there were social and recreational activities we had not experienced before. Our interaction with other residences made the month more fun. All amenities listed were high-end and clean. The 27th floor views of the Gulf and PCB were great. Any questions about the property were answered quickly by the owner. Within 24 hours we rebooked for 2026.

Stunning condo. AMAZING views, very secure, plenty of room, and VERY clean. The beds were comfortable (even the bunks) and the kitchen was well-appointed. I would highly recommend for large families and groups. The second, adjoined unit makes for a unique and comfortable, seperate space if needed/desired.

Five of us friends decided to get away before the holiday crazy's back home. We booked this unit, - loved the space it afforded all 5 of us adults to have space without tripping over each other. The unit was very tastefully decorated, we had everything we needed, the view's were awesome since it was a corner unit. If I have a large group, we'd book again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the hosts for making it a great place.

We had a wonderful time. Our family of 12 had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the supply of towels. The condo was clean and modern. Our only issue was the dryer, which was very noisy.
