Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed, a twin size trundle, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 16 steps required to get to entry.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.



This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
