Stayed May 16, 2026Excellent location in southern Ocean City with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Fifty yard walk and you’re on the beach. Lots of beach chairs and games for the kids to play. My wife really appreciated the easy to use elevator. Scott, the property owner, was very responsive and provided us with an enormous amount of information regarding places to eat, activities for the grandchildren and sightseeing. The kitchen has everything for cooking and/or entertaining. I’m looking forward to returning next summer.

Stayed Apr 9, 2026The unobstructed ocean view, close to the beach, from both inside and outside was breathtaking. We enjoyed the fireplace inside as well. The whole house and property was a wonderful space to enjoy, relax, and rejuvenate. I would highly recommend it, and would love the chance to be able to go back again in the future.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We’ve spent at least a week at the South Jersey Shore most of the last decade, primarily on the south end of Sea Isle. We decided to try out the south end of Ocean City and found it equally enjoyable, as similar to Townsend’s Inlet, it was also a little quieter than the north end of the island, but plenty close enough to some neighborhood restaurants, Acme, sports courts, and a convenient drive to the Boardwalk and additional food, retail, etc. The house itself was beautiful, with great views to sunrise and the beach, as well as sunset views from the upper tower and multiple deck areas! And the house was super convenient to the beach with a semi-private acccess over the dunes! We had a great time and would highly recommend Scott’s place!!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Amazing vacation property with a view of the ocean that’s second to none. This rental is the top floor of a two unit building with great space. You walk out of the door and you’re on a quiet relaxed beach with a life guard. Great week with our kids and their cousins! If you want the Jersey Shore experience this is the spot!
