Stayed Jul 23, 2018We loved working with Diane. She was very sweet and accommodating. She genuinely wanted us to have a perfect family vacation. The condo was exactly as described. It worked wonderfully for our family of 5 that included children age 7, 9, and 11. The owners gave us detailed instructions about check in and check out. They had great resources for us to reference when we were planning our days. The resort was wonderful. Very easy to walk everywhere when we wanted to stay close and easy to be out and about when we wanted to visit the surrounding beach communities. Our family LOVED staying here on our laid back beach vacation. I would recommend this resort and this owner to anyone and everyone!

Stayed Jun 13, 2026I cannot say enough good things about this property. First off, the communication was excellent. The condo was as described and very clean. The decorations felt very coastal and well thought out. It was equipped with everything you need and more. It is steps away from the gym, pool, and baytowne wharf. Loved it!!

Stayed Mar 27, 2026Condo was a great home away from. We had all we needed mins walk to pool & hot tub. And Baytowne wharf town shops.We enjoyed the porch in the mornings and kitchen was well stocked with all needed.Dianne was very responsive and had alot of local tips for us.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Our family of five stayed here very comfortably and used this convenient location as our home base while exploring Miramar Beach. The property is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully organized; I especially appreciated the laminated instructions for the appliances, which made everything easy to use. The location is excellent, with quick access to Baytowne Wharf and the pool just steps away.The property manager’s communication was outstanding from booking through checkout, making the whole experience seamless. While you’re here, make time to visit nearby Topsail Hill Preserve State Park; it’s a fantastic spot for families with great amenities and a tram that takes you straight to the beach.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!
