Clean and comfy. Plenty of fun amenities. Right on the beach. Very pleasant. Best for two people, only because there is 1 bathroom. There were plenty of towels and linens.

The Beach/Water views make this rental worth the price. Condo could use some updating; but it was clean and extra towels were provided. Toaster is broken. Lamp had no knob to turn off and on. Umbrella and beach chairs were provided, which we appreciated.. great views of Gulf!

Property is exactly as described. Beautiful very clean. Gorgeous views. Fully stocked even has umbrellas to take out to the chairs waiting for you at the beach. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

We spend every new years at this apartment and love it. Perfect location, in great condition, feet from the beach, and close to all kinds of restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores. Great communication from the owner and building management. Can't wait to go back!

Immediately liked the condo when we walked in. Clean & tidy. View was amazing!! Love all the windows overlooking the water. It had all items needed. We would stay here again.

Was good / owner needs to invest in new mattress especially the Murphy bed mattress was completely shot. Springs showing through mattress / really bummed us out because we wanted to use that to sleep there and listen to the golf. Supper bummed / there was some maintenance issues as well / thank you for your time / Adams

What’s not to say about this beautiful property, the view is breathtaking and the picture on the site doesn’t do it justice you just have to see for yourself. The property is very quiet and even though others were staying there it felt very private. The private beach is perfect, the water is clean, warm, and so refreshing. The only thing I can suggest is to update the mattress they are very firm and the bedding is a little dated. The table on the patio is broken and should be replaced. However, the lounger on the patio made up for it, I actually dozed off out the one evening. Even with those very minor things I mentioned above I will still give this property 5 stars and would most definitely stay again!!
