This is a VINTAGE Gold Camp ski condo in an older but beloved complex that sits among towering pine trees on Ski Hill Road. An oldie but a goldie!

In the summer, you can walk all the to town and ride the gondola to get back to the condo. Or ride the gondola both ways! Or ride the free shuttle! Getting to restaurants, shops or dozensof hiking trails couldn't be easier.

One mile to downtown Breckenridge. Store your gear in a free ground-level ski locker with 24-hour access.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO IF: You want a clean and well-stocked place to stay that provides EASY & FAST ACCESS to skiing/riding/hiking and is very close to town, without breaking the bank.

THIS CONDO IS GREAT FOR: Families with children, Gen-Xers who can pay more but don’t want to, couples or singles who meet the minimum age requirement of 27, or ANYone who wants budget-friendly lodging in a prime area.

PROS: Two free parking spots just 20 yards away from door, ground-level ski locker, high-standard cleanliness, plentiful guest supplies (full size shampoo, body wash, laundry and dish pods, paper towels, 3 rolls of TP per bathroom. A local Premier Host who truly cares about your comfort and fun, and is happy to be “bothered” as often as you need so that you feel like you have a local friend in town with all of the best insider tips.

The condo is well maintained, gets pre-arrival inspections, has quality linens and towels, cable TV in living room and master, streaming TVs in other two bedrooms, comfy spots to relax, full-size washer and dryer, reliable and fast wifi and a very well-stocked kitchen. Flooring, kitchen and bath updates have been done in the last 10-15 years.

CONS: Because we can be counted on for honesty and transparency, be sure to note there is no elevator. There are 28 steps up to the 3rd floor. This is a 50-year old building with no complex amenities.

This condo is managed by Breck Mountain Rentals, a very small and locally-owned, locally operated Premier Host company in Breckenridge. This is one of only two non-luxury homes in our inventory and our only condo. We chose to manage this condo to diversify our inventory and because we LOVE the location.

    Perfect skiing spring break location for 6 college friends. The location could not have been more convenient to skiing. Some slopes within walking distance or a very short shuttle ride. Very convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. The owners were incredibly friendly to work with, and sent trip planning info in advance. Definitely highly recommend to anyone desiring a trip to Breckenridge!

    My friends and I have been taking an annual snowboarding trip in Breck for the last 4 years, and this one was by far the best; and that was largely due to the lodging. We typically stay in hotels with multiple rooms, and the find here from the Hay's family was unbelievable. We had a ton of space - and the condo felt just like home. The location is unbeatable - you can walk to the lifts or hop on a shuttle just outside the door. This will forever be my go to spot for our trips... in fact we will be picking our travel dates based off the availability of the Hay's condo moving forward. Thank you so much for the great time - your place truly made our trip.

    Great place. It is on the bus line, but we ended up walking to the ski lifts because it was only about a 10 minute walk.

    We spent a week over the 2013 Christmas holiday in this is outstanding 3-bedroom condo. Location, location, location--it's only a short bus ride from the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge. The bus to Peak 8 stops about a block up the road from the condo, and the Nordic Center is less than a block away, down the road. The living room is comfortable, and connected to the kitchen through an open area that seats 6 comfortably. More than anything else, it feels like you're staying in a home, rather than a rental property. The owner has thought of everything, from the 2 humidifiers to help with the dry air, to the kitchen stocked with spices and other items to make cooking easy. The listing description and photos are accurate, and the place was clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful and friendly. I would absolutely rent this place again, and recommend it without reservation to others.

    The property was clean and well maintained. It's very close from the base of Peak 8. The owner was very nice and responsive to our questions/needs. Plenty of space for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Breckenridge.

    We own a place at Gold Camp, and we managed to double book our guest over Spring Break. We frantically contacted people on VRBO begging for a place to put our guests. Christine called back within minutes to help us out of our predicament. She handled our guests at the last minute and answered all of our numerous questions that we had! Our guest enjoyed their stay there and said everything was great! We would definitely recommend her place again.

    Good value and only 3 minutes from the Peak 8 lifts. Plenty of space for six adults to relax and sleep comfortably. Owner was very helpful and especially accommodating to our needs. Would recommend to others based upon the value and close proximity to the lifts.

    Updated condo and appliances/TV's made it feel like we were home. Owner is pleasant and easy to work with. We enjoy Gold Camp location and value as well...close to Breck Free Ride bus stops.

    Very nice and clean. Owner easy to work with and responded quickly. Games and videos/DVDs were a pleasant surprise and are oriented to kids under age 10. Close to Peak 8, which is great for beginner and intermediate lessons and easy access to green, blue and black terrain. On bus route to Peak 8 and city of Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.
