Best Resort/$$$ for Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens

This was a great place to stay if you are visiting Busch Gardens and Williamsburg. The property was absolutely beautiful. Lots of amenities. Loved the pool/hot tub area. The condo was very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again if returning to the area.

I saw a very long line for check in, but then someone with a clipboard came over to me and ushered me in to VIP checkin, which was quite short.The unit itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the entire property was clean and beautiful. Zero problems or complaints.

This property was very nice and perfect for what we needed. It was convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown and shopping. At the same time, it was off the beaten track. The gated community was wonderful. We didn't explore a lot, but the grounds were beautiful. I am sure the amenities were well maintained as well.Our condo was great. It was very pleasantly decorated. It had a nice kitchen and everything we needed. It was very cozy. So much better than being squeezed into a small hotel room.Our hosts were quick to answer questions before we went. Check out process was easy.I would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again if I am in the area.

We would definitely stay there again. The resort is well maintained, and our unit was very clean though plain. The location was ideal for visiting Jamestown, Yorktown and Williamsburg. Not fancy, but definitely serviceable. Grounds are lovely. Felt very safe.

Loved staying at this property! It was a great location for our trip to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It was about 15 minutes from each location. We loved the variety of restaurants and stores nearby and also loved discovering the Silver Hand Meadery and Honey Shop! At the resort, we utilized the pool and mini-golf course. This unit is located nice and close to the resort's amenities, so we were able to walk (5 min walk at most) to the restaurant/clubhouse/pool area. We were very excited to learn that there were ghost tours at the Powhatan Mansion! It became one of the highlights of our trip.

Door would not latch and had to call maintenance to fix it. There was no trash can in the kitchen and the towels were stained. Shower rod in main bathroom was barely attached. Coffee house was closed for winter and the restaurant was only opened Thursday to sunday

Had a wonderful visit. The unit was very nice and spacious. We had plenty of room for our group. The only issue we ran in to had nothing to do with the accommodations. A guest staying in another unit kept parking their extra cars in our assigned spot instead of parking in the overflow parking. It was brought to the attention of security, and nothing was done until the day before we left.

Beautiful property!! We enjoyed the home away from home experience so much more than a hotel stay!! We had plenty of room to spread out and the full kitchen, living room with fireplace was a nice feature we enjoyed. We had a maintenance issue and went to the office to report it. The repairman was in our unit fixing the issue before we could drive back! Wonderful location close to all the sites we wanted to see yet felt secluded and removed from the tourist scene. Wonderful accommodations and attentive, responsive hosts. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was a little sparse on basic necessities, i.e., scissors to open frozen food bags for those who like to cook. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, which was great. Comfortable beds with nice linens.

We really enjoyed this property. The historic nature of it was very nice. The pools were clean and week kept.The only downside was the 'game room'. It's really 2 racquet ball courts with minimal equipment. The unit itself was updated and clean. I do wish they had smart TVs instead of cable, but it's not a deal breaker.

Great stay here. Owner was easy to coordinate with. Had everything my family needed fore our stay in Williamsburg.

Great stay and amenities. Clean and quiet. Pools were awesome to take the kids. Staff quickly fixed an issue with the battery in the smoke alarm. The only minor issue was the thermostat. Could only have it set to 68 at night. Would've liked it another 2 degrees cooler to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had intense pressure. Would stay again.

We stayed in the upstairs unit. It was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We had no noise issues at all from any neighbors. The beds were a little too firm for my taste, but they were of nice quality. Everything we wanted to see (Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, beach access, etc) was close by (less than 15 minute drive). Also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes. My only complaint would be that the resort restaurant was closed for the season but no one mentioned that at check in. However, we would definitely stay again!

The resort felt like a home away from home. The property is beautiful and is incredibly close to historic sites in Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Bought the Triangle week pass. Enjoyed the freedom to explore and then also have time to enjoy the perks: pool, hot tub, exercise room and trails at the Hilton. What a relaxing vacation.

The property was very well kept. Lots of activities and options. Close to everything.

We checked into the condo on Thursday afternoon, the main check in area is easily accessible, it took about 10 minutes and we were on our way. The only glitch in finding the road location is that there are several Ironbound Roads in the area, once we figured out the correct direction it is a quick trip to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor center where you can buy tickets and hop on a free shuttle to town. The condo is clean and has all the amenities that you might need. I didn't realize that there is a QR code on the side of the fridge that would be helpful for the Hilton Club. We didn't end up using any of the pools or activities that are available because we were so busy seeing the sights. David was helpful and easy to communicate with about the condo. I recommend staying here and would definitely return on a future trip to the area.
