Best Memphis Penthouse - Downtown Condo 2BR

Mind blowing

The property was just as advertised, beautiful and clean and a very responsive host. We had a wonderful week and would do it again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful once you got on the inside. The door outside needs to be better marked. The host was very helpful and quick to communicate.

Communication with the host was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Once you open the door to the condo you will instantly love it. Wide open and the bedrooms and bathrooms work perfect for guests. Amazing experience!

Great place to stay. Really nice condo layout with large leather sectional, plenty of space, French doors overlooking park, nice vibe.

Wow! This place is amazing! It is so beautiful! While there is no parking at the apartment, there is a parking garage about a block away. Definitely would stay again!

Good proximity to Beale St. Nice unit.

The apartment was as advertised. Clean comfortable and close to tourist attractions. We walked everywhere. We especially enjoyed our visits to the cotton Museum and the National Civil Rights Museum. Music on Beal Street and plenty of good restaurants. Jon was a fine host.

Easy to get to. Parking for us was not an issue…we left the car in the same spot for the whole weekend. TONS of space to move around condo. Bed was beyond comfortable! Close enough to walk to many things in the Downtown Memphis area.

Celebrating son's 25th wedding anniversary. The place was awesome - it gave us our own space but a very comfortable together space. Close to restaurants and those cute lil ducks.

Beautiful condo within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Orpheum, Beale Street, Sun Studio (amazing tour), the Pyramid AND just a short drive to Graceland. We used UBER to get to the places that were too far to walk which was super easy. The two living spaces are ample to include a big screen tv and a small terrace. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of Walking in Memphis. The bedrooms are very comfortable with nice linens and towels provided. The kitchen is great and stocked with just about everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a Walgreens just around the corner and a Dollar General just a few blocks away to pick up snacks and drinks. The Broadway season just started for The Orpheum Theater and we attended A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical. It was fabulous! I highly recommend you check out the schedule especially considering you can walk to and from the venue. The VRBO host, Jon, is just fantastic! Excellent communication, worked with us to be able to drop our bags off early to start exploring and his recommendation to eat at Central BBQ was spot on! It was delicious and they deliver! Great location; comfy place to stay; wonderful VRBO host; A; highly recommend.

Lovely condo, close proximity to all the iconic must sees.

Really lovely apartment- opposite a little park which has some interesting events going on. There’s a bar around the corner (Irish pub) which is very welcoming. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it is quite calm and cool. We had such a wonderful stay in Memphis- friendly people, welcoming atmosphere and loads to see and do. Jon the owner is exceptionally helpful and communicative Thankyou Jon!

Property very nice. Very clean. However i would not stay here again due to the location. It is a convenient walk to everywhere but we did not feel safe. I’d prefer to stay in a hotel if i returned to this area

Came in town with some friends for a quick weekend trip. We rrally enjoyed the condo and would stay again.

Great place to stay. Only minutes away from everything. We had a great time. It’s vintage but unique as well.

This property was absolutely spotless on the inside, and an easy 8-10 min walk to the convention center which is what brought my group in town. We appreciated the laundry in unit, and the beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Overall a quiet area overnight and felt very secure.

Great property and great response time, will stay there again

My 80-year-old mother, my husband and I stayed in this Memphis gem for 2 days while we checked out Sun Studio, Graceland, and the Stax Records Museum. You would never guess by looking at this apartment from the street that it is so modern, and stylish with amazing natural light. I highly recommend this rental for people with experience living in urban areas who want easy access to great restaurants, museums, and night life. Exceptional host. When we checked out, my husband forgot his ipad, and our host shipped it to us immediately. Sadly, Memphis, like many U.S. Cities has a lot of poverty and the social problems that come with it. As experienced travelers, we did not have any trouble at all. Just be prepared the way you would for urban travel in a big European City. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Jon!

great property and great location

Everything was amazing ! I highly recommend ! The location is amazing . Near the mlk memorial , near Beale street , near the bass pro shop and right next to the Mississippi River . We didn’t even need to rent a vehicle . Comfortable beds and an amazing host that responded right away when I contacted him .

March was a bit chilly :) Very accessible location. Short rides with Uber to many attractions. Only 20mins from Graceland in Uber ride. Jon the host was always a text away for any questions. Yes we would stay here again.

Very modern, artsy condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location close to the Peabody Hotel and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and Beale St. Would definitely stay there again if I get back to Memphis. Also, the host was very nice and accommodating.

We enjoyed the property! The condo was clean and furnished well. They had beautiful art throughout the condo. The condo was located in the heart of the city and is walking distance to most of the city’s landmarks. Will definitely book again whenever I am in Memphis.

My friends and I planned this trip to Memphis for a year. Unexpected surgery almost made me cancel, but we decided to go last minute—and I’m so glad we did! The condo was even better than described.The space was roomy, with high ceilings, comfy seating, and plenty of TVs. It was perfect for two couples, with a great dining area and lots of storage. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to Beale Street, the river, and restaurants.We even got snow during our stay, and the view of the park from the balcony was stunning. Despite the cold, the condo stayed warm and cozy. The host was fantastic, even allowing a short extension for our late departure due to flight delays.The detailed instructions and local tips provided by the host were so helpful. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed—definitely recommend if you’re headed to Memphis!

Property was clean and host was very responsive. Parking was tricky but we knew about that before booking. Overall, a great place to stay!

Did not get check in door codes until 4pm the day of check in. Uber dropped us off at the address of the condo but the number on the address was not clearly marked on the door it was 10 feet above us in the window. When we arrived at 350pm i sent a message to the owners but they didnt get back to us right away, so we stood outside for a while. The building itself is run down, but the condo is beautiful. Enjoyed the rest of ourstay.

Condo was very nice and exactly like the description. Finding the entrance was a challenge and not well marked especially finding it in the dark. Interior of building needed some attention for cleaning and smell but once you enter the condo it was perfect and well maintained. We enjoyed the sun pouring through the windows and the view over the park. The condo was within walking distance of Beale Street, the Peacock hotel and restaurants.

Property was as stated and shown. Clean and very Friendly manager! Not to this exceptional stay, parking can be extremely trucky!

we enjoyed the stay. The photos don't do justice. the property is well furnished and decorated. We stayed midweek so we were able to get metered parking. The property does have an elevator. That was a plus being on the 3rd floor. easy property access. Overlooking a park from the balcony. easy walk to Peabody to watch the ducks. Thank you

Great condo. Nicely decorated. Stunning high-ceilinged, spacious LR. Lots of seating. Windows overlooking park. Well-outfitted Master BR. Bathrooms and kitchen...everything was clean and modern...felt new. Owner helped us with instructions for arrival. Elevator. Secure building. We were comfortable in the city neighborhood, but some might not be. You have to figure out parking. People in Memphis were very friendly. Overall great stay!

My wife and I spent 3 nights here and just loved the property. It was quite big for just the two of us and could easily host a family or two couples. We used the kitchen for making coffee and breakfast. The expansive living room with the skylights is just so awesome. Easy to walk to many restaurants and to Beale Street area. This was our first time in Memphis and glad we had this place to call 'home' for a few days.

Location was close to lots of bars and restaurants. There was lots of room for the 4 of us and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Had plenty of privacy with the 2 master bedroom/bathroom locations.

What a great place! You never know what you’ll get when you book something you’ve never seen, but this was a real gem! So clean, bright and comfortable! Very well furnished, beautifully decorated and very convenient to attractions downtown. Perfect for 2 couples traveling together! Definitely recommend!

I won't have enough space to rave about this place. Contact with the owner was instant, he was an absolute treat to deal with. Condo was clean and Gorgeous!!! Bright rooms, super comfy lounging area, way-funky furniture, excellent comfy beds. Walking distance to the main Street where the bars are. This place could not have been better!! JUMP at the chance to stay here!

We came as a family with an 8yr old daughter. Downtown is like any other downtown. (We are from Los Angeles) The unit itself was great and the host was very helpful and responsive. Great place for two couples!
