I purchased this condo as my vacation home, but decided to be a long distance host when I am not enjoying my time there.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom + Den (w/queen inflatable mattress), 2 Bath, with Screened in Lanai accessible from kitchen and Master bedroom has a vacation on the beach feel to it. In the beautiful Vanderbilt Lakes community close to everything and only 3 miles fromthe best, pristine Barefoot Beach! The community includes a pickle ball court, heated pool, and a spa/hot tub! The unit is directly across from the pool and pickle ball court, just a few steps out the front door. The lanai faces wooded foliage, perfectly private.

Dozens of restaurants, shopping and entertainment is within a few miles, honestly the best location!

Nice residential setting close to shopping, beaches and many restaurants. Gated access. 2 small pools and hot tubs with plenty of chairs.
