Best location by the Beach ! Free WiFi - TV - All amenities

I like it was close to main avenues.

Great area for shopping food and drinks and night clubs everything was within walking distance. Neighborhood is very loud at night. Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!

This place was exactly what we were needing. Clean, comfortable and convenient to every part of SOBE. I would highy recommend this place to others and would definitley stay here again.

My only issue with the property was the noise. I had loud neighbors one night and their voices carried through the hallway and closed doors. The walls did great muffling sounds. Another night, the bass from the nearby club reverberated until 5 am. Traffic noise on Washington was pretty constant. The owners can't really help those things, but wanted to note here so others are aware. The property itself was great and served all purposes. Everything in the room worked as it should and the property was located near the beach and restaurants, as I hoped. I would still recommend but would give a heads up regarding noise. I'm not sure if there are restrictions to alter the room, but would recommend new windows and a door to better soundproof. It may not bother others since no reviews really mentioned it before. Otherwise, thanks to Joe and Debora for great communication and easy check-in/out procedures. Miami Beach is beautiful and there are many great restaurants and shops nearby. No car needed.

Great spot for a weekend getaway to enjoy everything Miami has to offer, within walking distance of South Beach. Had a great time and the room was perfect for all our lounging needs. Working with Joe made the experience that much better. He was very receptive to any of our needs.

Property was clean comfortable and everyone was friendly and open to communication. The only downside was the parking situation but that had nothing to do with the hosts..(it would have been easier and cheaper to just uber than renting a car)but that's just the way it is in the bigger cities. (Off site paid parking) i only included that in my review because i wish i would have known when initially planning our trip

The best things about this property is the proximity to the beach and the amazing communications from the renters. You really can’t get much closer to the beach (at this price), and Joe and Deborah were both very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place if budget is a criteria. My only issue is that there are a group of kids that hang out in front of the building, literally screaming and cursing every night until 12am to 1am. So unless you plan to be out until later than that, don’t expect to get early rest. Otherwise i would give this property a perfect score
