We had an amazing stay at this convenient, beautiful location condo! Loved the vibe and accessories provided. Nice communication with owner with easy checkin and exit. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This was the perfect property for our puppies and us. I loved how I could just walk out the door and be at the beach in under a minute! It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The complimentary bottle of champagne was the icing on the cake after a long 10 hour drive. Our host was easy to reach and would respond immediately. Would definitely stay again!

the room itself was nice but floors were dirty. The bbq is a broken grill. Tried for 24 hours to get passcode to my room. Owner Doc didn't respond to me, but gave it to another guest!!! Then owner said he was overbooked and asked me to stay at his housekeepers house. The next day he asked me to switch rooms yet again! Terrible.

The accommodation was in clean, fully functional condition. The staff made sure we knew they were available for any questions or issues. We loved the layout, and the location was perfect: close to everything, yet just far enough away to avoid noise & bustle. Literally a few steps from the sand of the Gulf, yet no busy streets to cross. As a native Floridian who still lives just across the state, this is the real deal: old Florida style relaxation, with all the modern conveniences. Special thanks to Judy, and yes Doc - we will be back soon !

Lovely little space, perfect for the two of us. Doc took excellent care to see that we were checked in and that everything was good. We were only steps from the beach!

This property was secluded and on a private beach. It was so close to all the good resturants without all the traffic and tons of people. DOC was an amazing host.. checking in several times to be sure we had what we needed. We will definitely book again!

Our stay was great again, the accommodations were good but the location was perfect. The complimentary lounge chairs & umbrellas are wonderful.

My husband and I stayed and it was the perfect spot for us. Nice living area, kitchen, comfortable bed. The best part was walking out the door, turn left and in a minute you were on the beach. Lounh

Overall a very nice place. Hvac system works good, good water pressure, literally 60 feet to the water. Decent parking. Walking distance to good food and shops. Only complaint was the bed was hard and couch bed was a little worn out but besides that it was a wonderful stay and nice place to be. The owner is cool as hell and has a nice laid back attitude. Not your typical vacation rental in the area with arrogance and annoyance. It has everything you need for a beach weekend. Owner provided chairs, umbrellas, there is laundry on site and a shower for the sand.

Just had the best relaxing vacation ever! I went solo! Doc from Sunglow Seaside was the best host!!! He hooked me up with a great Uber driver, Eugene!! The condo was absolutely perfect! Just steps from the semi private beach! Six wonderful days of relaxing on the beach and at my quiet condo! Will definitely be going back!!!! This place was perfect!! Thanks for everything Doc!!!

Pleasant, well maintained accommodations with great beach access. Host was gracious and accessible. Amenities lived up to what was advertised.
