Stayed Jan 17, 2026We had a great stay! Chuck was very attentive in answering any and all questions we had both before and after our stay. The condo has a beautiful view! We went into this knowing that it wasn't completely updated but it had everything we needed and was super clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much!

Stayed Jan 3, 2026The host Charles Lunsford was so helpful and easy to talk to.The Condo was so well stocked from salt and pepper to beach towels and so on. The place was so clean and the pool was nice and warm. Outside furniture looked brand new. The view and layout were spectacular! very well taken care of. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The tvs were all easy to operate and big sizes.We plan to stay at Kima condos again! Parking was well thought through. Elevators were clean and fast.

Stayed Oct 15, 2022This condo was just as advertised and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect, closeness to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach which never disappoints! The condo had everything we needed, no problems at all with the facility, the check in and check out process were easy, the owner was straight forward and great to deal with. This is definitely a place we will stay at again on our next trip to Mad Beach!
