Belleview Gulf Studio/Steps away from BEACH (378)

Beautiful place, we live it, clean, nice decoration, comfortable n nice view of the bay , across the street fast access to the beach. Huge pool...n so maby convenient stores, supermarkets n restaurant that make our stay perfect. Thank you for everything n the fast n cordial communication.

Studio unit was perfect for two and convenient to beach. Easy check in and check out. Place was clean. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks

The room was exactly as described and very clean

No beach view. Kitchen was well equipped

This really is a hidden gem and I kind of don’t want to write that as I would love to revisit and it be available! It’s a cozy space, but all you need if you spend most of your days exploring and going to the beach. All the necessities in the room space that you need so you can take one grocery store trip and be there for the week with no problem. But still in walking distance of some good food and fun.

It did not overlook the beach. It overlooked a channel. Kitchen was fine. Floor was dirty but otherwise the place was clean. Pool was awesome.

Small but comfy, great for our family of 4. Very clean. Has everything you need. Saw dolphins every day in the intracoastal waterway while sitting on the patio! Beach is directly across the street and there’s a tram stop right out front of you don’t want to drive. Close to everything. Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

Place was neat, clean and had everything for our stay.

The overall condition of the property was underwhelming, but the unit we stayed in was slightly better. Hidden areas behind and under furniture were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and items for beach goers. Access to the unit is stairs only, and depending on the unit can be a long walk down a narrow balcony. Parking spaces are well marked but not necessarily close to your unit. The beach is very accessible via a short walk across an often busy four lane road, with no local crosswalks. There is a bus stop in front of the property and many stores and shops are a short distance away. We were warned of ongoing renovations to the property, but for the most part noise was minimal and tolerable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again for a future stay.

Very comfortable

Great kitchen, shower was warm and strong. The floors were dirty upon arrival and the air/heater wasn’t producing heat. The bedroom was awkward because of limited space. But overall location was perfect.

The property was great. We were on the top floor. The bottom floor was going through renovation after the hurricane. The pool was awesome. Everything was really clean. The condo was clean as well. The intercostal was right outside the door. The beach was across a Main Street. Renovations were being done on the beach as well. A public beach was a short drive and very nice. Check out a Happy Place and Sweet Sage.

Loved our vacation and location. Perfect location for us to go see our favorite sights.

Our condo was very clean and master bed was very comfy. You do have to walk across a 4 lane highway to get to the beach but its a very short walk. So if you have young kids this may be an issue for you. There may be a crosswalk farther down but not sure. Traffic was pretty accommodating when we needed to cross the road . They were working on the bottom floor of the condo due to the recent hurricane, but they were very quiet and this was never an issue. The pool was nice and very large! We enjoyed sitting and looking out at the bay and seeing dolphins and a manatee and numerous varieties of birds! My only suggestion may be some type of vent for the bathroom,we did open the small window when we were showering and that seemed to help. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Beach was beautiful and not crowded.

It is a nice, quit and relaxing area

Good location to restaurants, easy access to beach, short drive to grocery store. The inter coastal was a treat, saw dolphins , pelicans and boaters. Great pool, unheated though. Great for summer swimming. All in all an excellent place to stay!
