For the price...I cant imagine going anywhere else. The management at Seaside is flexible where it can be and always willing to jump in and help if something comes up.

The condo was much bigger than I anticipated and tastefully furnished. Being on the second floor gives one the perfect view of the gulf from the balcony which has comfortable chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the host provides all the beach equipment you need. It’s centrally located to many restaurants and places of interest. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying at this condo.

We wanted a quiet area where we could walk to the beach....it was literally steps from the pool. Great views. Can easily walk to restaurants, shops, & ice cream. Could always find a good spot on the beach, sand/water were nice. Owner left a great supply of pool/beach items for our use. Would definitely return to this condo!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this clean and beautiful condo! It’s within walking distance of a few of our favorite restaurants, and wasn’t overly crowded even with public beach access on both sides. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Highly recommended staying here!

The decor of this condo was top notch. Great location, fabulous views, and excellent communication with the Host. Would definitely go back.

I so appreciate the comfy furniture on the patio so I could sit out there day and night and watch the ocean from so close- my favorite part!

We were not able to change our vacation plans after the hurricanes and the hosts worked to make sure our property was ready and available. The unit itself is gorgeous and offers breathtaking views of the ocean in a beautiful layout. Its hard to believe how nice it is.

Property was beautiful and our condo was wonderful with a big kitchen and roomy bedrooms. The pool and beach access were steps away. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was perfect.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds and furniture. The beach towel station was really convenient too. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the beach was quiet and peaceful as it was not crowded. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the rental was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the ability to walk to some great restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again, one of our favorite beach rentals!

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach right in the unit. I the beach wasn’t crowded at all and parking was close elevator. Living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and the sliders gave a great view. Microwave would be more convenient moved out of the corner and it would be great to have a light blanket on beds (in addition to comforters)Everything was clean and building was quiet. Two parking spaces are super! We hope to return!
