Stayed May 3, 2025If you're looking for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the Navarre Beach area, check this one out! You won't regret it! We had 3 couples so everyone had their own space. The 2nd bedroom had a view of the Sound and was a bit small, the 3rd bedroom had NO view (which wasn't great) and was small, but the master was huge with a slider leading out to the balcony overlooking the pool, the beach, and the Navarre Beach Pier. The condo was very clean! No complaints at all!Check in was a breeze. We even received a text saying the condo was available early so we were able to go directly to the condo when we arrived.As for the location, we loved it! We were within walking distance to 3 restaurants/bars. Windjammers on the Pier had a cute little bar we could walk to off the beach to indulge in some Bushwackers! We ate at Andy D's which was a fun atmosphere with live music and good food. And had an early dinner at Juana Pagoda's one night. The food was pretty good, but the service could have been better. I heard that was the best place to go for the sunset but we were too early for that. Maybe next time!There is a gift shop on the complex for buying souveniers. The condo is right next to the Navarre Beach fishing pier. We walked out onto it one day and it was fun to watch all the fisherman in action. We read they tag sharks on Tuesday and Thursday nights from the pier.The water was a beautiful, clear turquoise blue, and the sand is powdery white!Loved our stay!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Beds are SUPER COMFY! We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our second time staying at the Summerwind property and this was the best one. Clean & furniture is nice for a family meal. We sat on balcony and watched dolphins all day. Amazing stay and will be back again!
