Beaver Run. Ski-In Ski-Out. Unbeatable Amenities.

This condo was the perfect home base for a father/son snowboarding trip. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the chairlift—so my 16‑year‑old could head out for a few runs on his own and easily pop back into the room whenever he wanted. The unit was comfortable, convenient, and made our days on the mountain incredibly simple.Our host, Daniel, was fantastic to work with and made everything easy from check‑in to checkout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to make great family memories in Breckenridge.

Place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent, beaver run ski lift was right downstairs. Ski lockers are on your way to the ski lift and the locker was one of the first ones when you get in. Lots of hot tubs in this building right downstairs. Shuttle buses to Main Street are right downstairs. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and had a perfect view of the torch show and fireworks from the balcony. Host was great and responsive. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The unit is great and stocked with everything you need. It was wonderful being able to walk downstairs and get on the slopes. The one request we had for a light bulb was responded to within minutes and taken care of quickly. We were very happy!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Daniel made everything very easy and stress free. The amenities at Beaver Run were perfect for the kids. Could not have had an easier ski in/ski out place. It made it so easy and fun to spend all day on the mountain.

Excellent condo. Very clean and had everything we needed during our 4 night stay. Location was great as it was right next to the ski lift and the included ski storage locker was a plus. Also, easy walk to Main Street. Would stay here again if I get back to Breckenridge.

This is a great location. It was myself and my two sons. Close to everything and just a few minutes walk to the Beaver Run ski lift. Daniel was very responsive. The place is super clean, beds comfortable and unlimited firewood just a phone call away. I recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay. We were just needing a place to unwind and this was perfect. Staff at the resort were very kind and helpful.

This was the perfect spot for our summer getaway! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably and would definitely stay again! Loved having the kitchen and living space - much nicer than a standard hotel room! Thank you!

I was just in town for a quick ski weekend. The condo was perfect and couldn’t be closer to the lift. Had everything I needed and town was a quick walk down the hill. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property doesn't get any better as we were able to ski down unclip and store our gear for the evening. Locker can get a bit crowded but we made it work. Additionally, we ordered a Food Delivery service which the Front Desk was able to handle getting them into the unit while we were on the slopes. Daniel responded right away and was able to give us a few extra hours to checkout which gave us some breathing room to take in some morning runs before departing. The building has fabulous ammentities which we used many like the Hot Tubs, Sauna, Workout Room, Shuttle Service to town and even a Starbucks. We had a great time.
