Stayed Feb 13, 2026We had the best stay! Condo was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We used the rec room and pool/hot tub every day. Thanks for having us!

Stayed Feb 5, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ascent 301 is a great unit. The bedrooms are spacious and layout fantastic for our family. The property location worked for us and the amenities were nice and clean. Vail Management answered all of our questions prior and during our stay. Maintenance responded and resolved an appliance issue quickly. Overall, property management was great. Prospective renters should research the Ascent shuttle schedule to make sure it accommodates their plans. The service hours are limited and somewhat restrictive. When used, it was great, but the schedule did not always work for us. The BC shuttle lot is within walking distance and we used it when the Ascent shuttle was not running.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025I had a wonderful stay with my husband, son, his wife and their two young daughters. It was perfect having two master suites and the third bedroom being twin beds. The living room was very comfortable and we loved the throw blankets. The kids and the adults loved swimming in the indoor pool. I would definitely rent this again!
