BEAUTY CALYPSO 1 BR @ PIER PARK, 2 FREE Beach Chairs, Poolside, Taylor Guitar!!!

Right on the beach , easy parking and walk to condo. It’s been very clean and very well maintained. We were there only for few hrs and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, 1st floor right by the pool but you still have a view of the gulf, the only problem is being by the elevators, some people being loud at night. The master bed is to firm for me, I don't know if I'm spoiled by my sleep number bed at home but I survived the week. The pull out sofabed is pretty comfortable. Being on the first floor you can park right in front of the Calypso and unload and you don't have to use the elevators or wait on them. I would definitely book again if the price is right.

It was an excellent stay. The check in and out process was simple. The unit was very clean and decorated nicely.

Very nice condo

I love the location of the unit. While some don't care for the first floor, I like seeing the view of the pool leading out to the ocean! The owner is very responsive and I have stayed in this unit three times.

Very nice unit. Short walk onto the beach, and beach chairs/umbrella included. Walk to local restaurants, shopping, bars, and the famous PCB Pier. Would certainly recommend and book again in the future

I highly recommend this room , ground level pool side , ocean side views , no elevator use required go outsid , Owners /manager was great we went for a birthday trip and they surprised us with flowers , and a treat for the b-day girl. Very sweet !! Room was clean, & spacious with beautiful decor . Only complaints were with the condo were facility parking issues the whole time , the gates scanner wouldn't read codes and it was a nightmare getting in and out of the parking garage . There was supposto to be a security guy there to open the gates but he was never at his post. You had to wait for him to wonder back. Great time awesome ,views ! Best Birthday Trip Ever !! This was absolutely a 5 star vacation stay. From the accommodations of the host to the Calypso staff was above and beyond. The room was spotless and very tidy. Views from the balcony were just stellar! Pool view and beach view in one. I highly recommend this for your vacation destination.

Perfect location for events hosted at Pier Park. Great room with easy access. Definitely recommend to others, minus when I want it! LOL!

Condo was perfect for two people. It is on the bottom floor and the elevators are right out your front door and the pool is directly in front of your patio. This wasn’t a big issue but sometimes would get a bit noisy. Despite that we will rent this condo again.

This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Loved the amenities and the furniture and bed were wonderful.

The condo is on the bottom floor. It was very convenient. If you are a smoker you are only allowed to smoke on the beach and front of condos close to the road area. No smoking on balcony or pool area. The condo is very clean and the free included beach chairs with umbrella daily was a wonderful add on free of charge. We had fun at the pier fishing and pier park shopping.

Beautiful room, but bad communication. Parking registration fee is 60 not 50. You have to have the parking pass printed to use it so you have to ask the front desk who does not manage this room. I never received any of our room details until the day before checkin when I started asking questions. The WiFi router name did not match what was given to us to use. Our beach chairs and umbrella were not listed on the first day as included with our room. Only once I complained was this corrected. We only had 4 towels for 4 people so I had to do laundry every day. One dish rag and one dish towel for the kitchen. They do not supply hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel etc for your stay only one or two of each. The kitchen stools are cheap and unsteady to sit on. You have to take out your own trash. The noise by the elevator is ridiculous from all of the guests. The bathtub was a great bonus for this room. The pool in front of the room is the unheated and very cold pool, with no access from the room.

Perfect location right on the beach and steps away from pier park. Super convenient being on the first floor, which meant no waiting for the elevator. The host was great, very clear communication. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

To start, there was a 60.00 registration fee. When I got the registration info, there also was printing of parking pass that was needed after the info said the phone would do but it had to be printed. Check in took over an hour. There was dust on many items, I had to take out my own trash. The TV in the den was not connected to anything so it did not work the whole wknd. Had to get our own trash out. Yet paid a cleaning fee, the stay could have been better but it was just ok Thanks

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this very neat and clean condo. Condo is on the beach and close to various restaurants and shopping. Awesome host with great communication! I would definitely reserve this condo again.

Awesome location, amazing accommodation, fully equipped for a great stay. Felt like I found my home place. So relaxing and comfortable with views of tranquility out over the gulf.
