Beauty by the Beach, directly at The Strand Oceanside

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well appointed , has a great view of the ocean and is in a very walkable location.

We loved this unit. 5 adults had plenty of room. The back patio is not very usable as you have to go through a bedroom to get to it. Also, the slider in the back master did not open. The manager said the owner is in the process of replacing all the doors.The view from the patio and living area was outstanding. The fire pit out front was used every evening. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make the stay comfortable. We might make this an annual vacation spot.

Minor issues were addressed very quickly. View was incredible. The strand was super busy with people walking and cars. The beach was right there but you had to climb river rock to get to it. One family member had difficulty. The location was great. And we would stay again.

We loved our week at this beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there. Being able to sit on the patio with the gas fire pit and see the ocean was perfect. And that private little patio in the back was like a secret garden. The host was very responsive to the minor issue we had. Highly recommend and hope to return.

The place is very open and spacious, parking garage is very convenient, check in and out was easy. The strand is a busy road, with constant foot & one way traffic, but was easy to cross. Our favorite part was how close we were to the ocean, we really enjoyed watching for dolphins and seals from the front patio, and watching the sunrise and sunsets. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would love to go back!

The view is amazing and the apartment is nice and very well laid out. The Strand is pretty busy and has a steady stream of traffic both day and night. There is an active surfing community, which was fun to watch. Parking and access were good.

Cannot beat the location!!! Peaceful and beautiful!!! Will book again

The host was amazing and the amenities were as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and it was updated in lots of ways. We cooked a big meal for our extended family there and the kitchen was next level. I hesitate to give it a good review because I want to be able to get this place again next year!

Amazing location

The location is absolutely amazing. The property manager is extremely responsive and provides very clear directions for a smooth check in and check out process. We had a wonderful time with our family. The property is a bit run down and in need of some repairs and updates. There was an ant problem that was being remedied with bait traps. If we went back to oceanside we would definitely consider staying here again.

This house is exactly what we expected after looking at the pictures and reading the description. It was in a fantastic location and we couldn’t have needed more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. The house is nice. They provided plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. Beach toys and chairs in the storage area. We had a few issues during our stay and Cheryl responded to our needs right away. My only complaint is the kitchen could use a better skillet. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location overlooking the Pacific Ocean !!A few small problems were resolved quickly.Loved watching the waves rolling in while sitting on the living sofa and also from the patio. Great for people watching on The Strand, too !

Love the property and location. Tv could use an upgrade as internet could not stream with out constant buffering. worked ok on tablets

We loved our 5 night stay at this Beauty by the Beach! Left a few times for coffee, ice cream at Handels, and for the local farmer's market but other than that we stayed put and enjoyed the ocean air, epic views, beach vibes, as well as lots of interesting people watching! My son surfed every day so for him it was living the dream. We hope to be back but due to budgetary constraints and inflation this may have been a one-time thing. It's okay because we really soaked up all the vitamin sea that we could!

Excellent location for views, location to downtown, and location to beach fun! Condo was clean and downstairs storage was filled with beach necessities and more. The patio furnishings are not the same as pictured and rather old. Only two out of the four televisions were capable of working..connections were missing. Back patio was nice, but in need of landscaping.

Beautiful place to stay right on the Strand. Great for big families. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a really great time at this property. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the ocean waves and making Somores at the gas fire pit on the patio. Beds were nice and baths were amenable. Parking below unit in parking garage was nice. Very relaxing.

It was a wonderful stay! Everything was up to our expectation and worked out perfect in our favor! I love your lil beach home, to wake up every morning to the smell of ocean breeze was very soothing and a good ocean therapy needed.

The layout of the property was perfect for the family. Big lounge area with cable tv. Nothing like playoff football with a beautiful sunset. The rooms are more than accomodating. Big closets big bathroms and stand up showers. The vibe here is perfect. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, but this rental has been well worn, and the interior design, finishes, and quality of furniture was not up to expectations. The location and building were unique and fun. The interior design was cheap with cheap paintings, rickety furniture, and frequent malfunctions of things like plumbing, TV, and Wifi. When things did go wrong the property manager was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful location, great sunsets! The traffic on the strand could get a lil busy at times but overall it was a great location! Will definitely be returning!! Cheryl (property manager) was so helpful and always available! I would highly recommend this location!

Morning coffee on the patio watching surfers, long walks on the Strand, cards and cocktails by the fire with gorgeous sunsets to cap the day … This home for the holidays was perfect.

This was the second time us group of girls stayed here. Absolutely beautiful place and the sunsets are amazing! Would highly recommend it. Great location to shops, restaurants and the beach.

We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Especially loved the patio facing the ocean. We saw a school of amazing dolphins and bioluminescence of the waves at night. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Washer/dryer great to have.

Perfect spot.

The sunset is breathtaking…. Lots of activity on the Strand that made people watching fun. The house is so spacious…. Rooms are really big. Fans in every closet if you don’t want to run the air conditioners. The storage area has everything you need for the beach. Umbrella’s,chairs even charcoal and propane for the barbecues…TVs in every room with cable and streaming channels… We’re definitely coming back!

Our kids loved staying at the house since it was just across the small street to the sand. There is just a perfect amount of sand before the water, and you can see everyone at the beach when you are in the patio at the house which made it so convenient and easy to keep an eye on everyone. All 3 rooms were massive! In fact, the master bedroom could be split into another bedroom bc it's so big. Loved that they had a bunch of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys in their garage storage unit for us to use. Sadly our weekend didn't have a lot of sun so we didn't get to see any stunning sunsets. But we all enjoyed our stay and would not mind going back for another trip when the weather is warmer! Thanks Cheryl for your prompt responses :)

This place was perfect for our family trip! We had a lot of specific needs that were all met: 1. Five individual adults that needed their own bed. 2. Two adults had mobility limitations, between the elevator from the garage and the front ramp we had no issues. 3. The beach access was perfect with direct, almost private feeling access (there were rocks to walk down but down the road there were stairs if needed). 4. Coming by plane we were not able to bring beach supplies, all of which were provided (towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, even a beach wagon). 5. We did a lot of home cooking and had everything we needed. 6. The three bathrooms were spacious and clean. 7. Parking was tight but available! At one point we had two good size mini vans parked in our two available slots. 8. We had a couple of quick questions on the first day and the property manager was fast to respond and quick with answers/solutions. 9. The location was perfect, we could sit for hours watching the ocean, surfers and walkers. When not in the ocean my two teen sons could walk The Strand, fish at the pier and walk about while the rest of us relaxed. There are many restaurants and shops close by! There is no doubt that when we return to Oceanside that this will be our first reservation!

Really great week in Oceanside ! The unit was spacious and very comfortable . Location was perfect. Sunny beach days every day, we had a wonderful time!

Had a wedding in the area and this was perfect for my family. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so we had enough room to all get ready. It was so beautiful waking up to the ocean view. At night it was breathtaking watching the sunset

This place was amazing! Walk on the beach anytime with all the beach accessories we could need. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio every night to watch the sunset and enjoy the fire pit.

The property is beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were comfortable and condo already contained everything a kitchen could want. Just bring yourselves, clothes, and personal items. We will be coming back.

This is the fourth year we have stayed at this property. The only thing that was difficult was there was no drawer storage for clothing. We had a ten day stay so it was awkward not having a dresser except for one room. However, the location is perfect and the property manager is rapid to return any inquiries.
