Beautifully Updated Condo Rehoboth Beach

Everything ran wonderfully as usual. Room was beautiful, would definitley like to stay there again.

The apt. is very nice. We noticed that ceramic plates had been replaced with glass. The unit could use a deep cleaning.

Everything was great, staff and residence was perfect.

We have stayed in this building before and this is by far our favorite unit! It was well kept, clean and worked well for our small family. The views were incredible! We will be back!

The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-equipped... with spectacular 7th floor views of the ocean, beach and boardwalk from large windows and a balcony. Most of the best of Rehoboth is within easy walking range, and we had good support from the rental agent and building management. We plan to return next season.

Heater didn't work. Sounded like a bird might be caught in the ductwork. It's to expensive for me, if it would cost the same as 704 I would take it again; however, I would rather go back to 704.

Beautiful location near the northern end of the boardwalk. Great view of the beach. Clean. All amenities. Would rent again!

We enjoyed our second week at this condo. Beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. We stayed there two years ago and were glad we chose it as our main summer vacation venue this year. Management seems improved this year as opposed to our stay two years ago.

The ocean front studio never disappoints. It is modern, but comfortable. The views are unmatched and the location is perfect. We look forward to staying there every year.

As always, One Virginia Avenue does not disappoint. The building is very clean and secure but above all, the staff is excellent. This includes maintenance, Tess and above all, Dana. Thanks for a another great vacation.
