Beautifully updated 2 BR w extra bunk room, family friendly, ocean front condo

Perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy the beach for a few days. The condo was clean and comfortable. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach was a plus! We could also watch our teens swimming from the balcony. The beach is quieter than the public Pensacola beach. Drive to the boardwalk was just a mile away. There is also a free trolley to ride with a trolley stop in front of the condo to get to where you need to go. The pool was great also for swimming when you didn’t want to get into the ocean. The host had a lot of additional amenities that made our beach stay all the better. Great communication with hosts. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful property in a great location. Exceptionally clean and furnished to a high standard. Bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Great little balcony to feels right on the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

As thus was a last minute booking I could not have asked for a better host or a cleaner place to stay. The view was perfect and the accommodation was exactly as advertised. I plan to reserve this property again in the near future.

We all enjoyed our stay at your condo..very well stocked unit with linens, kitchen items and the ease of getting in/out of property. Appreciate your prompt responses to our concerns of unit upon arriving. So sorry we had to disturb you. We ALL loved your decor especially pictures on the walls. Remarkable whole experience beautiful place very clean and airy. You could watch the blue angels right from the balcony! Cannot say enough good things about our host and place

Pros: On the beach, ocean views from every room, easy check in, gated & covered parking located right by the elevators, quick responsiveness from ownerCons: Incessant construction work from 7 am to 5 pm that we weren’t expecting per listing, floors weren’t visibly dirty, but the soles of our feet were black within an hour of arrival (and this was without having been down to the beach yet,) shower curtains were moldy, balcony was small compared to others in same price point The owner did reach out to us the day of arrival to let us know about some major construction work that was going on downstairs. She apologized for not knowing the construction would be going on. The noise made it unpleasant to sit too much on the balcony or to leave the windows open. This was disappointing as the weather was perfect for having them open. We did still get to take advantage of them for a bit in the evenings, but had to make sure to close them before bedtime if we wanted even the possibility of sleeping past the start of the workday at 7. I really don’t mean to complain. Just trying to give an honest review. The condo was beautifully decorated, and the location proved to be relatively quiet aside from the construction. I highly doubt the owner is aware of the cleanliness issues, especially since the listing typically receives very high marks for this. I would consider staying again!

Perfect space with plenty of room and bedding options, laundry options, balcony with furniture, clean like new inside. Beach was feet away plus a pool area and hot tub. Our stay was not crowded. Lots of stores and places to eat within 5 minutes or walking distance. Bear Fruit is on the pier and has delicious açaí bowls!! The best!! There is some building construction happening at the moment which wasn’t a problem if you’re on the beach but a bit noisy if you like to sit on the balcony. Every person we met was super friendly there too!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Loved the condo! My husband really liked the high chairs on the balcony, Beach view was wonderful, as was the water! One small suggestion- maybe purchase some new cookware that is not non-stick.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a quick getaway. It was in the perfect location - near restaurants and water activities. The condo was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of games and well stocked kitchen as well as a breathtaking Gulf view. Plenty of space and great sleeping accommodations. Loved it!

The condo was beyond a dream. Excellent location and not too crowded. Perfect accommodations for our Small family. The owners were great with answering all my questions before arrival. Must stay here!

Great location with easy access to the beach. Very close to restaurants and attractions. Very roomy, stylish, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed every second of our stay at this condo. We love this apartment complex with a pool, parking and direct access to the beach and have stayed here multiple times. Most of all we love the unobstructed view of the Gulf. This condo in particular was the best we have enjoyed so far, because of the beautiful interior and well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels to last the full 9 days and we even had access to a closet with beach chairs and sun protection for the beach, an umbrella and a pavilion. Exceptional. We will definitely return next year.

This is the perfect condo. The place was very clean and had tons of special touches including a locker with fun beach gear. We will 100% be back.

It was perfect! The view was amazing and so close to our fav spots! Easy access to the beach! We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony! Loved it!!

Great condo and great location!

Our stay at Amy’s home was incredible. The location was the best part of the home and we felt like we were living/sleeping/eating on the actual beach! We plan to come back some time soon! Thank you Amy and family.

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed often on in the pensacola Fort Walton area for years since our kids were little and have finally found our favorite place. Will be booking this for next year as soon as tomorrow and may not wait all the way till next year to go again.
