Beautifully Renovated Beach Front Condo - Spectacular 9th Floor View

This was a very nice condo. We loved the fact that it was situated on the 9th floor which gave us a absolutely wonderful view of the gulf , the pool and the newley renovated garden area down below. We were also able to see the dolphins, the manatees and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. July happens to be the prime sea turtle hatching time, so we were able to see and learn from the scientist who would come by every morning to check there nest. There was very nice places to eat and when we cooked in, there were plenty of very nices dishes, plates and silverware. The inside was very tastefully decorated and all the beds were comfortable. This was our 3rd year and we're already in communication with the owners about coming back next year. Overall great experience

The property was exactly as listed. It was a wonderful neighborhood, and location. The view is exactly what you would want from a beachfront condo. The beach accessories left for the tenants were outstanding for people who fly in to town. Traveling with beach accessories is not a good experience, and that situation was taken care of. A full kitchen with all of the amenities, tools, and utensils made life easy. The propert also has a community grill for the tenants.The refrigerator had water and ice dispenser which is great when you're heading to the beach for the day. The unit was the best stocked unit of anywhere I’ve ever stayed through VRBO. Owners were great to work with. Beautiful beaches that were not too crowded. Went with my husband and 13 yr old twins. Tons of activities close by as well.

Nice condo right on the beach with a great oceanfront beautiful view. Good communication with host before and during our stay. Quick response when we had questions. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. The location is great. Short drive to restaurants, Clearwater beach, St Pete pier, St John’s pass and more. We liked that the beach was less crowded than other beaches. The photos and description in the listing are very accurate. Overall a very nice place to stay.

We loved staying at this condo! It was very spacious and had a fantastic balcony. It is on the main stretch in IRB and close to everything. The beach area at the property was great and not too crowded. The hosts were very accommodating and so helpful!

The condo was amazing, the view was awesome, Marie was great to work with on info, very relaxing stay, plenty of beach Acessories and beach towels, would give a 5 star for this place.

Nice property. Great owners. Had an issue that was out of their control and they were on top of it immediately. Repaired the next day. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the great vacation.
