Beautifully Remodeled Walk-in Studio!Pet-Friendly 15 mins to Silver Dollar City

The room was what we needed, quiet and quaint. The bed was comfortable and the amenities we ok. Not sure why there was no central heat/air when the unit is equipped with one. Wasn’t an issue with the space heater but would be unsure the ac on a hot summer day. Overall we would stay again if the need arose.

The room was kind of cute, but there was no heat other than a little portable also very dirty. The shower had not been cleaned. At least not the shower walls. The toilet had not been cleaned and the floors. I don’t supportreply@vrbo.com think that they were swept, but they were definitely not mopped. Maybe you just need to check with your cleaning crew, but the room was cute and if it was clean, I would stay again.

Cute little space for a couple of people. It's in a nice area with a store and restaurants very close by. Very clean. Would stay again!

When we arrived, had a little trouble finding our unit. I messaged the host. They promptly answered & helped find the right place. Make sure you get building number & unit number. I walked in to the bed clearly slept in, unmade, dirty towels in the bathroom floor, trash still in the cans, ect. I messaged the host again. They were quick to respond. Said they tried getting ahold of their housekeeper, that this was not like her so something must've happened. I asked if they had another unit, they said yes, but if this one was not cleaned, the other one probably wasn't either. So i asked them to just refund me. They apologized & it said refund was initated immediately, but that it could take up to 15 days. I'm like wow, this was a quick in & out trip, only 1 night. Before bed that night, BOTH payments I had made for that night had showed back in my account. I was shocked. So while I feel this is probably not how this host usually rolls, the place was super cute/nice, ultimately it is their responsibilty to be sure thier property is ready for renters. There should be some kind of check system in place to avoid this. Like house keeper sends a message when she's done or something. Anything. Kudos for promptly responding, doing what they could to right the situation, & super quickly refunding my money. Just was super inconvient for us when a missed, planned phone call or text could've completely prevented it. Hope the house keeper is ok.

Nice and cozy

Never met the host. My first time with Vrbo and air b & b.I had questions prior to arrival, took several efforts and a long time to get answers. Host interaction was lacking. Front door lock did not function properly. No central AC and heat, had to deal with window AC unit and portable electric heater. The garbage disposal did not work, sink backed up. No place to hang clothing, kitchen table was not big enough for 2 to eat at. TV service was terrible, could get no national new networks or live sports. Good Wifi. Room much smaller than it appeared in pictures. I would not recommend this condo to anyone. J W

Property was welcoming to pets and very convenient.AC worked but not very cool. Extra fan was helpful.

It was an ok place to stay. I was not real happy that it only had a very small ac window type unit. We have stayed in several properties over the past few years and this unit ranks as my least favorite.

It was a nice studio apartment. Would stay there again.

Central air out upon arrival. Host advised to use the portable air they had there. It was not hooked up or vented. First night could not sleep as it was 83 degrees in the room. Host sent housekeeper second afternoon to set portable up. She did not know how to set it up but tried to be helpful. She was very nice. I had to set it up and asked her to get 15 ft of connection hose to get it out of bathroom. She brought six ft back. I had to spend 35 dollars at home depot and fix it myself. Lost first two days of a four day vacation to finally have cool air. Had to run vent hose out bathroom window which caused walking over hose to shower or use toilet. Also had a golfer next door hit my car with a golfball causing dent in passenger back door. More money out of my pocket. Not happy. Also had to put the code into the front door lock four or five times to get it to unlock each time trying to enter residence.

We had a great time staying here. We had some trouble with the wifi and was unable to use it, but that wasn't her fault. The owner was very kind and helpful.
