Beautifully Remodeled - Steps to Lift 7 and River Trail with Mountain Views

Great location and had everything we needed. Seems to need some updating and general maintenance.

My family and I stayed at your property for 4 days July 25-28. The townhome was clean and location was great. I will say there were a few things that could have been improved upon. The bed sheets were very uncomfortable and not soft and the comforters seemed old and ratty, I would suggest replacing them. The shower on the second floor did not drain. During our stay the power went out, and we could not find any flashlights or candles. That would be a great thing to have on hand. We had spoken to Peter a few times about some things and unfortunately he was not as friendly as we would have hoped. Overall, our stay was good and we would absolutely stay again.

With such a late pull of the trigger to come out for Bluegrass this year we were lucky to score this location. While it's a walk from Town Park, it is along the creek or through town which are both nice. The Goose stop is right outside the door too. House was more than enough for the the 5 of us. Beds were comfortable and the view out the windows of the mountains were great. Parking easy enough for Telluride. Hosts were always accessible and accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect and the layout of the condo is really nice. It says it has been recently remodeled, but it needs a little more love, above all what the furniture and kitchen cabinets concern. Wi-Fi is also very spotty, so if you are planning on using it for calls and remote work you might want to think of another solution.

This is a good space in a good location, but it is a bit worn out.

Condo had all the amenities that you could ever need.

The condo has plenty of room and is well-appointed. The loft has as much privacy as a third bedroom. There were two full sized bathrooms, one with sauna and one with jetted tub, Ana’s well as two half baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. The huge table and bar seating made it nice to have friends over for dinner, too. Communications with the owner and management company were great. We got simple instructions for accessing the property, and all questions were answered quickly. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends!
