Beautifully Remodeled Ocean View Penthouse at North Coast Village!

Property was beautiful, clean and so nicely decorated. There was an issue with the dishwasher when we first got there but the owner had a repair man come that day and it was fixed. Very good communication with the owner they even called to see how our trip was going and gave us recommendations to eat. We had a lovely time visiting Oceanside!!

Property management told me I could park in the oversized vehicle area, but when I spoke with the security guard, Jared, he said the front desk didn’t know what they were doing and that if I got towed it would be my responsibility.That interaction felt a bit unprofessional and confusing, especially getting different information from staff. Other than that, everything else was great.

The unit was clean and a perfect fit for our family. Plenty of room. Proximity to the beach and local restaurants/shops was great. Check in & Check out was easy. Will definitely return for another stay.

We loved our stay and love the property and its proximity to the beach and harbor. This is our 2nd year going although we stayed in a different unit last year. We love the property grounds, gym and game room. The furniture in this unit wasn’t very comfortable(couch, chairs and outside chairs downstairs) the beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed there was no ice or filtered water in the unit. There was also no way to stream any tv which was a little disappointing but overall not really a necessity. We did love the chairs and cooler for the beach! We will definitely go back.

The property is in a very good location. Within walking distance to the beach and the pool. The amenities onsite are great as well. The property was clean and well maintained. Property manager was responsive and made sure everything was good upon our check in. Overall a great place to stay with family.

We really enjoy staying at, North Coast Village. The Village is always clean and quiet even in the afternoons when you think people will be in the pool and jacuzzi partying it up. This never happens because of the family orientation of the place. They have rulesanf regulations, to help control that but I haven't heard that they have ever had to enforce them. The landscaping of the complex is awesome, you dont even feel like your un a city. Another great thing about this place is its within walking distance to everything, the beach is just a few steps away, the marina is about 1/4 mile away with great bars and restaurants. The Oceanside Peir is about 3/4 to a mile away and that same area you will find all kinds of restaurants and bars to enjoy. If your up to it, its about anouther half mile walk to main street, where you will find anything and everything your heart desires... all kinds of shopping from new to old. We have stayed at North Coast Village over a dozen times and never had a bad experience! We all ways recommend this place to our friends and family to stay. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed!!!

Great location, clean, quiet, within walking distance to the beach and so many places to eat. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are a nice bonus from the other places we’ve stayed at. The living room and dining areas are spacious. Very comfortable place.

We loved our condo. Ours was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Master suite was upstairs. Very nicely furnished and 2 balconies that you can see the ocean. When I originally booked, it made it seem we were RIGHT on the beach based on the picture. That wasn’t the case. It was a 5-7 minute walk so it wasn’t horrible. Gym was clean and taken care of. Parking was tight for our Yukon and trying to fit through the gate. That was the biggest downfall. Laundry room was great. Overall experience was great.

The neighbors in this HOA were super friendly and helpful. Great team from security, front desk, to landscapers. Everyone helped to make this a special getaway week for my family.

Reviewer Comments: We booked through Priceline- I had saw this condo before and thought it would be a great fit but I couldn’t find a website to book direct. I booked the “holiday home” with a fireplace, sauna, and toiletries. Turns out the sauna is shared by everyone- I wouldn’t have cared, but how the listing is currently it’s as if it’s in your own home. Also listing said toiletries would be provided so we didn’t pack them, and the first day we were there we had to go buy them. Getting ahold of the condos was complicated as I first had to go though Priceline and then a regional management company. There were 5 beach towels for our entire stay- I ended up ordering more on Amazon and having them delivered to locker nearby. Still did laundry 3X- I appreciate that there’s a laundry room on site. Wagons you could rent to families for sand toys, boogie boards, towels, chairs, water, etc would be a great idea. Our walk to beach was a little long from our complex. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and used them daily. Maintenance seems to keep building running smoothly and the grounds are beautiful and tropical. Would have liked more keys as our teens wanted to do some exploring themselves. Overall good stay.
