Please Note: There is a balcony railing replacement project at The Pointe that has been delayed; good news is no construction noise and both of the unit balconies are fully accessible and ready to enjoy. Temporary wood rails have been installed on all balconies to ensure there are no life safety issues until the project can be finished. All amenities and Big Bad Breakfast are open; excepting the rooftop deck.Pool access is limited to the gate next to the BBB restaurant at this time. We are continuing to offer a 2025 reduced rental rate to offset any inconvenience experienced by our guests. Unit 334 is an affordable deal right on the most popular corner of the iconic 30A corridor!

30A LOCATION -- The Pointe is ideally located at the corner of scenic 30A, right next to the infamous Rosemary Beach eateries and shops. And, right across the street, you'll find popular Shades Restaurant and the beautiful 30Avenue retail center. Now easily accessed via a new underground pedestrian walkway! Popular Big Bad Breakfast is right onsite at the resort. Plus, Pier Park, with its dining, shopping, and entertainment options, is only a 15-minute drive east. And, for those traveling, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is a convenient 25-minute drive or Uber away.

THE BEACH -- A breezy 10-minute walk down shaded Winston Street just across from the Big Bad Breakfast driveway entrance. There are in-room backpack chairs, beach wagon, and a portable stroller for this nearest beach access. Please bring your own beach towels (management company doesn't provide). There are two other beach access locations a short bike ride away where you can rent a chair + umbrella set-up. Call Vacayzen 850-213-0003 in advance to reserve.

UNIT FEATURES -- 334 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 3rd floor accessible by building elevators. It features two private balconies overlooking a pretty green space to the resort pool area. The owner’s suite has a comfy king bed, its own balcony, and a private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. There is a dedicated desk area if you must bring your work to the beach. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa sleeper in the living room perfect for the kids. There is also a pack-n-play in the closet for the little ones (please bring your own bedding).

The main balcony runs along the living room and kitchen offering space for relaxation and dining. It overlooks the courtyard to the elegant resort-style pool. The condo's kitchen offers starter supplies, standard coffee maker, glasses, dishware, BBQ utensils, gas cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a nice quartz breakfast bar with stools.

ONSITE FOOD & AMENITIES -- The yummy Big Bad Breakfast restaurant is onsite and there is a shared grilling area on the west end of the building. Enjoy the refreshing resort pool with shaded cabanas and soothing hot tub. Starlit conversations are cozy by the poolside fireplace. Stay beach ready in the techy gym featuring a Mirror and Peloton. The poolside Man Cave is the perfect gathering place to watch sports or just hang out. There is building-side parking and Tesla charging stations for your convenience. Temporary golf cart parking is allowed at the west end of the lot.

BICYCLE RENTAL – Call Vacayzen 850-213-0003 ahead of your visit if you plan to reserve bicycles. The onsite bike shack at the resort is gone due to balcony project materials staging and COA changes, however, one onsite preferred vendor is planned to be sourced for 2026.

EASY CHECK-IN – Contactless entry: After you make a reservation, you will receive an email and text with check-in instructions. Upon arrival, pull in past the roundabout to the right and park toward the center of the building. Use the elevator to proceed to the third floor. Unit 334 is the first unit to the right as you exit the elevator.

    Loved our stay and the location was fantastic - waking distance to rosemary beach village and all the cute shops and restaurants. Loved having the wagon and beach chairs for the 10 min walk to the beach. The public beach access is a pretty slim for the closest beach access, but we were able to find a spot no problem. I wish the property could provide beach towels, but the owner explained the mgmt company keeps removing them - so it’s no fault of theirs. No hair dryer was a problem, but I bought one and left it there - so hopefully others don’t get stuck without one. Overall a great place, very clean and well taken care of.

    The condo itself is newly renovated and beautiful. However, you have a long walk to go to the pool or the beach. The planning for this complex was poor so you have to leave your building and walk around to the side of the complex to enter the pool (for building three at least). Same for the beach, it’s a long walk around the complex before you even get started to the beach. Additionally, the management company was very communicative, but uncoordinated. Our patio was dirty upon arrival – covered in sand - they said they would be sending somebody to clean it, but they never did. One of the bathrooms had long hair in it. We had trouble checking in. You don’t get any extra trash bags and I found it odd that you have to log into the portal to get check-in information as I booked it on VRBO. I missed the email leading up to the trip as it came from their portal and not from VRBO, which is where I booked it. Small things, but it led to some inconveniences that didn’t start the trip off on the right foot. The water pressure in the sink is absolutely terrible. It makes cleaning dishes is very difficult. The entire complex must be experiencing some kind of structural issue as there are wooden frames built out on all the patios that look like it’s propping it up. A bit unsettling to say the least and definitely unsightly. The pool was beautiful just difficult to access. The property management team was quick to respond, but I feel there is better value in other areas of Rosemary beach.

    Nice condo. Smell of mildew upon entry. Couldn't shower first day secondary to horrific water smell. Had to call management to attempt to fix problem. Was better on 2nd day. 12 minute walk to beach. Loaded SUV on last day, and could not get back into at 9am. Checkout was supposed to ne at 10am. Very nice pools. Mixed review

    My husband stayed at this unit for a quick, impromptu getaway and it felt like home! It was decorated very nicely, within walking distance of lots of great restaurants shopping and the beach, and had a great pool and hot tub area. They were easy to communicate with and we loved the area!

    This unit was exactly as described - close proximity to beach and downtown Rosemary, nice amenities, and well-kept. We would stay there again. There was a minor issue with returning the beach chairs and the customer service was attentive and responsive.

    We had a large group of families schedule a trip for our 8th graders. 10 families stayed at The Pointe while another 10+ families stayed around Rosemary. The Pointe was perfect location to let our kids roam but have a central location. Everything is walkable.

    We enjoyed this place so much. We had a great experience communicating with the owners from booking, to checking in and out. The location is our favorite on 30A. You are in the mix but no too much and the beach is so close. The bikes provided were an huge bonus. Everything was clean and comfortable and so nice. We loved the pool and workout room. Highly recommend this place!
