Beautifully furnished condo

The condo was spacious and bed was comfortable.

So many amenities in this condo! It’s very roomy with A huge main bedroom and common space.

This condo was very clean and well maintained.

Nicely furnished and clean.

The kitchen was well stocked with more than I expected. We had a great stay and will be back next year

The host answered any and all questions right away. When we got there, everything was super easy to find, with plenty of amenities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed!

Spacious and updated condo unit. Open concept plan in main living area and nicely furnished. Good location, close to everything needed. Complex has many outstanding amenities including a clubhouse staff to assist your needs. Enjoyed our stay, hope to be there again.

Our host was absolutely fantastic—super responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. The condo was newly renovated and beautifully done, with everything we needed readily available. We especially loved how spacious, comfortable, and quiet it was, which made our stay very relaxing.The community itself was great and conveniently located near grocery stores and essentials. Being just 15 minutes (or less) from Anna Maria Island was a huge bonus for us.Overall, a 10/10 experience for both the place and the host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very clean condo! There was not one thing we could say to improve on anything! Well stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries available, laundry supplies, etc…close to many restaurants and shopping! Good value as well.

Well, to start, we had to clean the whole condo, before we could unpack. It was so dirty. I have pictures of all of it. It was very disappointing after seeing pictures. Bedding was very old and stained. Had to wash all sheets before using. One roll of toilet paper, 1/4 of a roll of paper towel. No trash bags. At least fill them for guest to start with. Mixed matched silverware and place serving. All thrown in draws no organization at all. No dishwasher soap no dish soap. So much stuff left in bathrooms from other guest still there taking up space in bathroom. Was over all just so disappointing

The condo was exactly as advertised. We stayed for a soccer tournament at IMG and I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location, close to grocery and not far from the beach. The pool was a little restrictive for kids (12yo) (no balls in the pool, no rough housing, needed to be quiet). The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was nice to have. My only dislike was the barn door on the master bath door, it didn’t provide much privacy and there were no blankets for the bed, just a sheet and comforter. I’d have liked something in the middle. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Recently stayed here for a girls trip- highly recommend. The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Added bonus was the beach supplies which included a cooler, chairs and beach towels. Plenty of restaurants close by and only a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again in the future! The host was great with check in and check out details and was quick to reply back with questions. My only suggestion would be to have at least one full length mirror in the condo.

As soon as we walked in to the apartment we could see that it was exceptional. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer.

We would stay there again.

Beautiful property and quiet.

Super clean and well equipped property. I’ve been to Bradenton visiting my elderly mother many times…this has been one of best I’ve stayed in for a short visit.

Great location, well furnished, comfy beds. Host was quick to respond to communication and was able to accomdate our request for late check out, which was really helpful.My only suggestion would be to include a welcome pack with instructions on how to use the appliances and suggestions/recommendations of places to visit/eat in the local area. The addition of a kettle would also have been welcome being big tea drinkers! All in all a great stay , thank you.

We loved this gorgeous property! Beautiful kitchen and comfy beds. Very well stocked as well. It's a very large 2 bedroom with a large walk-in closet in the Master Suite. It's also private. No one walks by your unit from the way things are laid out.

The property was very clean, neatly furnished and arranged. It is cozy and comfy, spacious and equipped with various household items, linens, towels and items to make the stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the community pools (and hot tub) were a little overcrowded during our stay, so we did not get to enjoy them. The communication with the hosts was great, very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out easy and quick.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was a few minutes away from IMG, close to attractions, and clean. It had beach gear and towels too!

We loved the convenience of this property with how close it was to family, shopping and the beach. We stayed at the unit next door a year ago, which prompted us to book here. The beach supplies and extra towels were a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Close to beaches

Nice property in town. Seating cushions in living room could be updated to be firmer and offer greater support. Owners were very responsive to our inquiries.

We like the location to the stores and the beach. It was our 3rd visit to the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was great...just as advertised. It was well stocked with household items....towels, dishes, etc. The community has two pools and two hot tubs that we used frequently. Also has pickle ball and tennis courts that we did not use. The only issue was when we got to the apartment it had not been cleaned from the previous stay. I messaged the owner and they were very responsive and helpful in getting it rectified as well as a small refund on the cleaning fee for the issue. Would reccommend staying there for sure!!

The property was awesome. Great location, quiet and clean. Owners were responsive if you had any questions. Will keep this place at the top of the list for the next time our family is in the area

I love the location of the property and the condo was perfect size for what we needed, although we had some issues. The 3 lights above the sink in the bathroom were not working at all, the one toilet didnt flush correctly then we had issues with the key pad to get into the condo and had to sit outside for an hour waiting on the owner to come and let us in and he seemed a bit huffy and not amused to have to come out. He did however leave a bottle of wine for us. Also first day of arrival i cleaned the fans in the bedrooms because they were discussing.

We were very pleased withe a appearance and location of this property. Close to many shops, restraunts and short drive to the beach!

Overall was a great stay and very close to IMG which helped with our soccer tournament. Quiet neighborhood, the clubhouse is a little more run down than in photos but a good experience. Some small minor problems but the owner communicates quickly so that was great. Could have been a little more cleaner (shower curtain dirty/marks on walls) but overall was a great stay! Thank you for letting us stay at your property the owner is very quick to respond and is very helpful

This condo is very well stocked. Furniture was nice and comfy. Owner was great to communicate with.

We were really disappointed with this property. The cleanliness was far from what was promised in the listing. When we turned down the beds, we found hair in the sheets, and the mattresses had noticeable urine stains. One of the beds still had sheets from the previous guest, which was extremely off-putting. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable too. The blinds were falling apart and need to be replaced, and the overall feel of the place was not clean. Don’t believe the listing description about cleanliness at all.While the host did refund the cleaning fee, I would have much preferred to stay in a clean property as described. Additionally, the thermostat is locked at a maximum of 70 degrees, which was frustrating and uncomfortable. The location is close to IMG as advertised, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this unit. It didn’t meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament that was IMG Academy. This was a perfect location and the condo had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. We arrived shortly after the hurricanes and the grounds were clean and fully functional. We drove to the beach several times which was a few miles away. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around. The host were amazing and very accommodating. Always responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend

What a great stay! We were in town for a clinic at IMG, which is a 5 minute drive. The space was ample and very clean. It was great to have the ability to do laundry after a day on the field. If in town, we will book again.

The condo was great and very clean.

It was beautiful, great furnishings, very clean and the kitchen was super equipped. I would love to return there again and again, and I will spend my next vacation there again.

Condo was perfect for a group of 4 adults to stay very comfortably. We were in town for an event at the race track aboout 40 mins away. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the Condo made getting to stores, restaurants, and beaches a breeze. I will gladly stay there in the future.
