Beautifully Decorated Beach Condo in Downtown IOP!

Felt like the building was run down. Needed better quality towels and linens. Deceiving ocean views, when the actual views are the parking lot.

They only allow 1 car to park, even though the lot was empty. I even offered to pay extra. The outside of the building was not kept up. Unfortunately we were on the 2nd floor and the family above was so noisy, running and stomping. Stat on the 3rd floor! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

This was the perfect space my me, my mom and my two small kids! It’s our 3rd time staying at Oceanside villas (different unit each time) and we’ve never been disappointed! The location couldn’t be better, the pool is perfect for when the kids get tired of the sandy beach and our unit was very clean and just what we needed.

Check-in was hard to see numbers to get box open and they could have just emailed the sheet no reason to go by Island Realty. One parking spot was a hassle! Sleeps 10 people with one parking spot! We had to figure out the cars. Comes with no beach chairs or beach towels so if your from out of town like us that was also a hassle.

Great location. Only drawback was parking allocation.

Great property! We were down for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park and wanted to stay near the beach! This was such a great choice! Easy beach access, clean property, extremely easy check in! We would absolutely stay here again!

I got some recommendations from friends and started searching for something either on or near the beach that wasn't astronomically priced. We were very happy with location of Oceanside and the size of the condo. It is right across the street from the beach and steps away from beach shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive into Charleston and the airport. The management was extremely responsive when I had some questions. The pool area was a little lack-luster and small. Lastly, I would suggest a fresh coat of paint for the unit, get rid of the old carpeting in the breezeways and decks, and replace rusted bathroom vents/door hinges. Overall, it was a great experience and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a late arrival and they were very accommodating. The fridge was broken before we arrived, but they had a spare and fixed it while we were in town, so we never went without a fridge. They communicated well and we really enjoyed our trip. Just be mindful that this unit is on a second floor with no elevator that I could find. I may have missed it. Thankfully we were all able to climb the stairs, but it may be hard for others. That didn’t change anything because we will definitely be back!

This condo is in the perfect spot. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come with our kids. The kitchen had all we needed and the couch and beds were so comfy!
