Beautifully appointed 2BR, 2BA 1st Floor Facing Lush Tropical Courtyard!

The property and area was great. We enjoyed staying in the condo and the vicinity to the pool and beach were excellent.

As always, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. This was our 3rd year staying here. Being on the first floor was a huge plus—it was quiet and offers great views of the pool. The unit was very clean when we arrived and was well stocked with kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. We will definitely continue staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent everything. Host is great! Condo is perfect. Everything we needed. Only disappointment was the pool. Not heated as advertised. I even called ahead to confirm.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and overall just a very nice place to stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were perfect and the AC worked well. The patio is nice and has comfy high chairs, and overlooks a beautiful courtyard and pool. The short walk to the beach was really nice, and probably the shortest walk to the beach we have ever had staying in SPI. Nearby locations for food, shopping, and family activities made things easy.

We are avid SPI visitors every summer once or twice a year. This year we returned EJ’s condo and we loved it once again. They think of everything and the condo is always spotless and the new furniture inside and out was perfect! We love EJs and will probably be back again next year.

We have a family of 5 that visits the island yearly. This is our second time staying in this unit. The owner is always very quick to respond, the unit is always clean and just the right size for my group. The location is great as we can walk back and forth to the beach all day long. Laundry room on site is also nearby. We always feel safe at the Tiki and this unit has been great for us!

Wonderful condo right on the beach. It was an easy walk down to the beach each day, and 2 fantastic pools at the condo complex to enjoy with family and friends. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just a described. Easy to just drop our suitcases and hit the beach and pool. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. We were there during a holiday weekend and I wasn’t sure what to expect with party crowds, but the security the condo provided was great for family friendly fun and we faced the pool and had zero issues with noise. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks!

The condo was very spacious . My family of 6 adults and a 2 year old found it very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials needed. The location is perfect with just a few short steps to the beach. The owner was quick to respond and shared all needed information for a quick and easy check in and out. Great stay we will definitely be checking availability at this condo for our next stay on the island!

Comfortable furniture, well- equipped kitchen in a quiet complex. Very convenient to SPI Birding and Nature Center. Unit is clean and owner is responsive. Especially appreciated the plentiful charging units for electronics.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Loved it.

I booked this place because I thought it might be a great spot for birdwatching while my boys hit the beach. It turned out to be perfect! The beach was just steps away and the bird sanctuary was right across the street. We could watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sunset over the lagoon in the evening. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the landscaping was well-maintained and beautiful. It was perfect.

Bathrooms need exhaust fans, make sure they have toilet paper, we only had one and half of another one on each bathroom and sofa bed made too much noise!
