I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a decent experience. The only real let downs were the inconsistent internet and construction noise. This was a work trip so internet access was important. The management company was very responsive and as helpful as they could be. I really did not like that there was no advance notice about the loud construction in a neighbor's unit throughout the duration of our stay. Not the fault of the owner or management company, but definitely a detraction.

The condo is just a block away from the beach and close to the harbor area. The bed was very comfortable and the layout was great. Living room furniture is older but comfortable. Some of the small appliances could stand to be replaced, but worked, such as the toaster. The complex was well maintained and staff available for any questions. This was a great space from which to explore the area!

As long as we can see the waves crashing toward the shore. the unit was very comfortable. This was out second stay so we were familiar with the area which makes it more pleasant.
