Our stay was great! The house was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. There was not a single thing we needed that was not there.

Very spacious and great for two couples.

Well equipped home, comfy with plenty of room.

Location was perfect for us next to Holiday Island Marina where we can leave our boat and plenty of room for 3 couples to have own beds and bathrooms! Nice and clean. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Faucets in upstairs shower and sinks and in kitchen sink could use replacement. Overall nice property, enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time and loved the pool. There was lots of room for the 9 of us.

We arrived on May 23, 2025. We got there outside is beautiful, you can see the lake from this property. Wide open area in back of condo, plenty of room to play any outside games for adults and childr en, a huge wide open area of grass away from the road. We seen deer off the balcony there was 5 of them, stripping the tree of its peaches. And they are still just pit size and hard. They were not scared of us humans at all unless you say loud noise they would take off. I was outside on the downstairs patio, just looking at the night beautiful and I hear something I figured it was a deer. But I was not expecting it to walk right up to me and put his head down for a scratch. Then it left and tried to get a few more of hard pit peaches. We had just a couple of grapes we tossed out to them at the tree andd they loved them. Maybe be more prepared when you go to have some grapes or what ever elese they eat. We know they like peaches. If there is fruit on the tree they will be therw. Once inside the condo was big, and clean very clean . Only thing is there is us seniors did not really realize all the bedrooms were either up stairs for the master and the master is wide open, no walls for privacy. When the masters go to bed everyone has to go to bed orou hear all the noises from downstairs.

We have newly added to our family and have a bigger age gap between are teens and younger ones. Everyone loved the space and enjoyed their time. The games and toys were a huge help as well. This will be a trip they will all talk about for years to come.

This was one of the most equipped houses we have ever rented. It had everything you could need in a kitchen to cook any meal, butter, jelly, seasonings and lots of board games for the family. We loved it here and hope to come back sometime.

Very well stocked with anything you might need. Lots of options for sleeping including cots.

Felt very comfortable & safe here. Loved the availability of kitchen utensils… made it very able to cook there. Very cozy place & a lot of sleep options. Bed was super comfortable! Great location for going both to Eureka & Branson!!

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Check in info was sent in advance and made it super easy to check in. Lots of games for us to play and fishing withon walking distance.

Overall satisfied. Biggest issue was No child proofing safety. We had a toddler with us so it made things difficult. We lost some keys in the couch and had to turn it over to get them and it was filthy under the couch. Other than that, it seemed pretty clean.

Enjoyed time at Holiday Island. Condo needs deep cleaning.

It was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and nice and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and clean up. The bathrooms were very roomy and everything worked great. Couldn’t have ask for any thing better. The whole group was pleased with the condo.

My husband and I took three teenage boys who love adventure. First, the house had everything you could think of, even a cold bottle of aloe gel in the refrigerator. The boys loved having their own living space on the lower level. Their favorite thing was being able to walk down to the marina to fish or swim at the swimming area. The 18 hole golf course was great, friendly staff. Downtown Eureka Springs was about 15 minutes away. We were able to do everything we wanted to.

We very much enjoyed this Beautiful Condo beds were comfortable and anything you might think you need is there! Host was amazing at communicating.
