Our building (Beach Palm) was closed most of 2025 for rebuilding because of the two hurricanes that struck our area in the Fall of 2024. I lost premier status because we were closed and that is also why you see no reviews for 2025. Our building officially reopened

Stayed May 11, 2024We have stayed in condos between Clearwater and St. Pete for over 25 years. This condo, hands down, was the best for a family. We always fly and have to buy chairs/cooler/cascade, etc. The owners had everything provided, including beach towels and chairs for all 7 of us! We had an infant and a pack-and-play, booster seat, stroller was even available! Unheard of. You can get 3 bdrm condos anywhere, but the owners make the difference and Marci was extremely kind and informative. I would stay here anytime over anyplace else we've stayed. Very clean and roomy, as well.

Stayed Apr 27, 2024My sisters and I go to Florida once a year and always stay at different places along the St Pete beach area. This was one of the nicest places that we’ve stayed. The condo was perfect for us, the pool was great and the beach area- A+. We will stay at this condo again real soon…

Stayed Apr 20, 2024This condo is perfect in every way! The decor is beautifully put together and flows nicely from room to room. Very clean with everything you need! Great view of the pool and ocean. We could watch the sunset every night from the balcony or master bedroom, or via a short walk to the beach. Marci was great to work with; quick to respond and helpful. We will definitely book this condo again
