Beautiful Unit and Excellent Location - Directly on the Beach

Beautiful view from the balcony of this 4th floor unit. Excellent communications from owners. No negative issues encountered during our stay.

Beautiful place on the ocean. Had everything we needed. A little bumpy and noisy at first with outside renovations near usdidn’t last long. The dishwasher didn’t seem to clean very well. Other than that we were busy with friends and family. The trip went by super quick. We loved the place. Thank you.

Such a great condo and location. Very clean great views and decorated so cute . Really had everything you could need. Can’t wait to go back we go to New Smyrna very often and this will be our new go too spot.

Loved the condo! Loved the decor!! Very, very nice place. I gave a 4 star ONLY because the air conditioning didn’t do well for the master bedroom but there were fans galore and that made it better. Took us a day to figure out where we needed them but we did and had a great week! Thank you again for letting us rent it out. I’d love to come back!!

Good location. Close to lots of restaurants and steps from the beach.

A beautiful 23 minute walk to Breakers….the pool was nice and deep and felt good after a swim in the ocean. Property management was wonderful and even the people who maintained gardening jumped to help me haul garbage. Cute, clean condo and comfy beds. The master bathtub needing repairs as far as draining but otherwise perfect and hope to be back.

Condo is very conveniently located. It only took 15 minutes to walk to Flagler. Great pool. Residents at the complex very friendly. Condo well furnished and very clean. Close to shore fishing.

We enjoyed our visit to new Smyrna Beach Florida, and the condo was lovely. We had lots of fun at the pool, and the direct beach access was fantastic. There are many good restaurants close to this location.The host was responsive and very accommodating for our needs

My family met in NSB for Christmas and had a great trip in the beachside condo! We had everything we needed and more. This may be our new tradition!

We had a fabulous time at this rental. The view was amazing. The suite was well suited to our needs and the owners were very responsive to questions. Lovely beach access and pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone! The only downside was it’s on the 4th floor and the elevators were down.

Lovely, well maintained condo with gorgeous view of the ocean. The complex also has tennis courts and we enjoyed playing pickle ball. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Both my husband and I relaxed at the large pool and enjoyed easy beach access several times a day. We would highly recommend.

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Pool was refreshing and still a great view of the ocean. Accommodations were very clean and well kept. We chose to stay in what was the most humid week in August so naturally the AC had difficulty in keeping up. Host provided a dehumidifier. Accommodations was well equipped with at least for fans and two ceiling fans. Would definitely recommend.

My family has been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for 45 years, but this was the first time staying in this unit. We absolutely loved it! It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Linda in the office was very nice and a small maintenance request was handled very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next vacation! Thank you, Jennifer and Randy, for sharing your home-away-from home with us! It truly was that and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Very clean property. Condo was very clean and up to date on all amenities. Comfortable master bedroom bed. Easy access to the pool and beach. Host was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We will be back!
