The unit was well equipped with everything one would need for a stay. Excellent communication with the property hosts. We liked the location close to many outdoor activities.

Katrina was a wonderful host. Condo had everything we needed for great times at the beach...chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware n cookware. Beach is a very short walk and is one of our all time favorites. 20 to 25 minutes to historical St. Augustine which is so fun. Be sure to try The Columbia and Harrys for dinner.

This is a beautiful and very well taken care of condo. The owners are awesome and very sweet. We have stayed here twice and plan to do so again!!

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host was fantastic and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very convenient to lots of restaurant choices and both St. Augustine and Palm Coast. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. This is our second time in this unit. Unit is clean and well equipped. Very nice complex. Katrina is an excellent host. We are coming again in the fall!

This place was absolutely perfect! I highly highly recommend staying here. Katrina is extremely responsive and even allowed us to check in early. I cannot recommend staying here enough! We hope to be back soon!

Quiet location very close to the beach. Very nice 2 bedroom condo. Loved the twin beds in one bedroom which is great for a family with children. The condo was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Good location with an easy drive to attractions like the Kennedy Space Center. Will definitely look at this place again if we make it back to the area.

This place had everything we needed. And extras too. Comfortable and clean. Super easy walk to the beach. Quiet and pretty complex. I will definitely consider revisiting.

Well stocked and maintained 2 bedroom condo, convenient to St. Augustine, and on the beach. Pickleball courts right there. If stairs are an issue, however you might want to reconsider. Owner mentions that in description, pay attention.

Amazing trip

Our family had a wonderful weekend getaway at this condominium at Summerhouse. The host is super friendly, accessible, and responsive and the unit is cozy and comfortable with a heated pool just outside and the beach access only a couple minute walk from the unit. Property was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Katrina’s place was wonderful. Comfortable, clean and well stocked kitchen. Staff in condo community were friendly and accomodating.

A reasonably priced, clean and properly equipped condo. It was a pleasant experience for the whole family.

We played pickleball in the morning and enjoyed the beach in the afternoon. Great place to stay.

We’ve been going to St Augustine for 25 years. Summerhouse is a nice complex in a great location. We love the proximity to the Matanzas Inlet. We have stayed in the complex (one of our top 3 complexes) before, but not this unit. Katrina (owner) was great. She made the check in process a breeze. Communication was excellent. The unit was very clean and had everything needed. Will definitely look to stay in the unit again if available the next time we visit.

We have never felt so relaxed on a vacation as we did at the Summerhouse Condos. The condo was exactly as stated on the website, the owner is beyond helpful and the location of the condo is steps away from the pool and ocean. A great week away! We didn't want to leave. Looking forward to our return visit!! =)

House was very clean, had updated kitchen, and plenty of linen. Host was very kind and good with communication and gave great recommendations on local places to visit.

We had a great time. Some minor problems: the exterior door to the parking lot needs repair; some light bulbs need to be replaced; more towel rods would be helpful in the master bath.

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The place was very clean. The location was great. Beach and pool all in one place. The property was very clean and had good communication with the owner. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond. It was a wonderful trip.
